OMG, when I saw the package I said in my head joking that my watch better look brand new& to my surprise. I opened it up and my Michael Kors watch looked brand new.whatever Metro services center is doing is amazing. Time frame was satisfactory &I am truly impressed with these services. I talked about it all day at work today. This is an awesome partnership for the customers who own these watches.

Within two weeks I had my Michele watch back with the crown replaced at no cost and was charged only for return shipping. Will definitely recommend and do business with Metro again if I ever need another watch repair. A+

I just want to say that Metro Service Center did an amazing job fixing my fossil Q crack screen. It looks brand me like nothing ever happen to it. Also the customer service was so helpful they help me with all my questions. If you need a place to get your watch fix this is the place and it only took two weeks to get my watch back.
