Metrocare Services at Lancaster-Kiest — Center & Pharmacy, Dallas TX

I like My Doctor have kept with the program & services & I have been going thete since 2017 and is concurrent with my visits.

I really do like metrocare you know a lot of people get the wrong idea about metrocare because they think it's just mostly mental insane people and it's not it's just people that some meet a little help like me didn't know I had some problems but they helped me working out pull myself together they give so much help financially they help with your social security to get that they help you sign up for your section 8 and housing you end up with a caseworker she comes out or he comes out to your house if necessary you have a therapist that you can talk to very nice you don't have to go anywhere to get your prescriptions cuz they feel prescriptions there that's another thing that I like about it oh and my primary care doctor is inside metro care so that's pretty cool too so I don't have to go too many places to get seen I'm basically getting seen inside one clinic

My only issue with this place is they hardly ever aaxas answer the phone, sometimes you cant leave a voicemail and when you do. I cant recall one time they called back. I did a walk in and was there for over 4 hours waiting for them to call my phone to send me to the back (something about renewing my insurance). They never did. I waited, only to be told to come back the next day.its a huge inconvenience. Again, this is my only issue. Other than that, when you can get the help, they do help.

front desk people are rude
they never answer the phones and you cant leave a voicemail because the inbox is full.i left voicemails everyday for a week to get medication and they never called back.if that happens to you i highly recommend calling the admin office and requesting a callback or else youll never hear from them.they are not taking appointments due to covid
doctors dont care about patients.if you have insurance take your business elsewhere. This place is government funded and boy do they act like it.its really sad because their job is to help people who literally need it the most.

Worst staff there can be they always have attitude and won’t answer good morning or nothing else I think there should change all the staff they are rude in the front hospital and in the back at the offenders program bad service, I would not recommend nobody to go there just because of the staff. And this november 27th they didnt order my injection on time now i have to wait till monday im a schizophrenia suffer

Speed of service is the worst. The lobby always smells and is in some need of some serious TLC. Staff could be more welcoming.

Unfortunately I have to leave a star to leave a review. They never answer their phones. A family member has tried to call for an appointment, and can't ever get anyone on the line. They don't call back from messages left in almost about every available extension. I had to take my family member to the facility, and it was the worst experience. Poor, poor customer service. Front service desk women have nasty attitudes, helping clients that have mental health issues.
I guess because it's majority recipient's are of a state funded program that's why it's ok to treat people this way! Shame on you!

For people needing Excellent Mental Health Treatment I will gladly recommend Metro Care and their Outstanding Staff.

Not a place you ever dreamed about being at. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and able to help all who enter the premise.

I'm not happy with the staff here they never ever answer they're phone everytime we go for blood work they make us sit down like forever and call our name to tell us the nurse lefted for the day and the nurse never answer your call i leave a message she never call me back they keep messing up me and my daughters medicine like right now my daughter haven't been able to get her medicine and now she's been having withdrawals and the pharmacy i don't care for it's really bad for us we going to have to do a wake in and I'm praying they see us on Monday.

Metro PC's is a good place to me to buy phones but I have a ZTE and it's giving me problem it get hot and volume sometimes go down when you using the messager on Facebook

They never and I mean ever answer the phones of call back period ive been calling for days now and nothing left plenty of messages called every number I could find on them still nothing I hate this place if I didn't need to go I would never don't waste you time they have plenty of offices

Update still calling still no answers guess I have to come in for a simple question yet again

My wife is getting the help she needs, so whatever the inconvenience might be, it is inconsequential.

My review is in regards to Aurelia Buju NP who works for Metrocare Services. She is highly unreasonable, unkind, and bitter.

Nurse Practicioner Aurelia Buju is a hateful and bitter medical auxiliary that demeans other folks in like-kind professions. She is passive aggressive and cannot be trusted. She is from Romania. There are likely nice and reasonable folks from Romania, but she certainly is not one of them. Should you find yourself under her "care" and then find yourself reading this review, you will understand and know that I am correct.

I will gladly remove this review attached to this review if she is terminated due to the danger she must be putting her patients through. By reading the remainder of the reviews, I think I can see why she works here.

I've gotten a lot of great help from here over the past few years in counseling and psychiatry. I've learned a lot of great things in my life here.:)

Its closer to my home and I like it because they are on the clock Clock. Doing what they are trained to do. Thanks metro care. Keep up the good work.

The # 1 place to go if you are looking for high tension, arguing, threatening clients, over crowded waiting area.plenty of frustration and bad tempers to go aroud.

This is where I got my phone at and I love this place because I have no problems with this place everyone is friendly and they appreciate the door as soon as you come in and very courtesy

Pretty good service my wife was problems they got her help she needed if anyone needs help these people are very helpful I thank you for helping my wife out

Mental Services. Helping people matain their Sanity. This place is usually crowded. Therefore get here early first come, first served. Dr's and Staff is Awesome. They have security.plenty of parking. At the (Blue-line) Train and Buses service
