It is the best metrocare mental health clinic to go to it is a lot nicer than the one off Samuel and at least they have enough doctors for people to see and enough receptionist to check you in

This is a really great place to take residence of Dallas County that suffer with mental illnesses. They can do and intake process and possibly get you seen on the same day. You just need to make sure to take your driver's license or ID card you need to proof of address that you do live in Dallas County and if someone takes care of you are if you get food stamps you need to bring a certified letter from that person stating that they give you money to handle bills or they take care of your bills pay your rent etc. And if you get food stamps you need to take your benefit letter and any other benefit amount that you get like SSI. Take that letter and u will get approval and possibly your medication in the same day. My husband got approved for the services he was able to see the doctor and she did prescribed him medication but because it takes 24 hours to get your medication approved through the system we had to pick up his medicine the next day but that was OK because they gave us a 30 day supply until he goes back later on this month.

These people don't care. My primary care doctor is there and I have been calling and leaving messages for 2 days that I need to urgently talk to her. No one calls back and they never give you a direct phone number. If they even get a message.its probably on it's 3rd or 4th generation.
