I didn't want to wait 2 hours to be told they didn't have it at the dmv styled waiting are across the highway I went in and 5 minutes later walked out with the part needed to get this customer

Small parking lot other than that it's great, it's just a little tired in there with a tractor trailer and in my wrecker but your guys's service always do me right and customer truck dropped off

The Service department here is second to none. Cullen, Kyle, and Corey on the 2nd shift crew were all exceptional to work with. They were thorough and kept me well informed. I am not from the area but would gladly head back down here again just to have my truck serviced at this location.

I drove in from Tyler Tx.around 2: 30pm and spoke to Service Advisor Matt Patrick. It’s obvious he’ a truck guy. I explained what I was told and why I drove in from East Texas and my problem became his. The mechanic that was assigned to my 2018 T880 was thorough. What originally looked simple became much more involved. But by the end of the mechanics shift I was head home and worked today.

A quality experience at a “stellar” dealership. Although I have just completed some engine work, I have patronized this location off and on for over a decade. As was the case this time, I have always left with a quality comfort level. One where I believed all work was completed as agreed upon for a price I felt was fair. The entire staff was effervescent and pleased to serve. Knowledgeable and not “jaded” as is often the case. Drivers lounge was clean with a shower and washer / dryer facilities.

Not really impressed. Went for work on July 4th week and have strong suspicion that they charged for work not performed. Ac nozzle really dirty after they claim they put gages on it to check pressure. Hose clamp still loose after overhead was done. Had to put it back in after an oil change because no lube was done on it. All grease fittings were still dirty, no lube on fifth wheel.

Went and purchased my first truck here and was really happy with the process and experience the salesman admir went above and beyond when taking care of getting me back on the road asap and will definitely be buying my next truck with them in the future

I have had some bad experiences with shops over the last 25 years, but dealing with this location has been the worse ever. Poor communication (worst communication I've ever experienced), did not fix truck, charged $6,000 more than estimate, and broken promises on credits to make it right. I wished there was a zero start rating.

Staff is rude, no one wants to do their job. Everyone places the blame on someone else instead of trying to solve the issue. Don't expect anything done fast here.

Great quality customer service. Technician Kyle ensured timely diagnosis, removal and installation of new AC Compressor. Kept interior of truck free of grease to include outside of driver door.

9: 30 pm and the parts guy is nowhere to be found. Then when the company owner calls, (3 times) l to pay and this clown keeps disappearing and says he answers the phone when he feels like it! Way to run a business. I guess crayon eating, window lickers need jobs too.

Stood at the parts desk for 10 minutes while the two jackasses complained about the computer system and then walked off. It's a night parts desk and service write up. What did they think I was doing there? Can I help you? Did you need something? Will never go to another MHC Kenworth ever.

Never again. Was told it would be 3hrs to get seen 18hrs later they pull my truck into the shop.and then another 9hrs later we leave just to be told there was nothing wrong.never again. Haha I'll wait until the next city over.

Hate going to this Kenworth. If the line isn't out the door cause there to busy messing around then there's a good chance there gonna sell you a part that doesn't fit your truck. It's better to have it shipped to your nearest KW.

Manegement needs to help out more when lines are long they are clearly not doing sh** but collecting a check, your customer service reps act like they start day on red bull & by 10: 00am there all crashing frm lack of sugar, with there bad attitude asses! (sugestion) make
