26 Had them do a simple alignment, and they didn't center the gearbox first. Even after telling them it wasn't right, they wouldn't accept that it could be their fault. They tried to charge me again to troubleshoot what they did wrong.
I ended up having to have another shop fix their half assed work. Overall, I'd say avoid any repairs that require specific knowledge of truck systems. They seem to only be able to handle general repairs. It would be cheaper to just have the TA do THAT kind of work.
Poor and rude customer service, got an invoice for over $600 for just checking the engine light on my truck.
Got towed in with Transmission issues. Jacob was very friendly and helpful at getting truck checked in. Everyone was friendly and responsive to my requests to check on trucks status while it was being worked on. I was also given very accurate time Estimates. Overall a good experience after an awful day with Transmission trouble.
My trucks always get worked in just like I'm a major fleet. These guys take care of me like I'm family!
As far as KW dealership go they were polite, respectful and friendly. I have priority service so that makes a difference. But they seemed to be trying to get everyone taken care of. Their a VERY busy location, so figure that in.
The work is slow the people at service desk do not tell the truth about what is going on and are rude when you ask about your truck
