I was in in love with the things they had I was trying not to go crazy in this store I found everything I wanted and seen more stuff to go back to get love these guys

Just left the store. I generally come into this store and buy all my picture supplies and frames. However, tonight the so called manager was so rude and disrespectful and refused to cut a 30 by 34 inch square into a board. This was a cut I was willing to pay for. Especially being that I constantly buy supplies from this store he was very unprofessional. Very disappointed with the customer service tonight especially coming from the “manager”.
And to cane thank you for always cutting my picture frames. I wish you was here on duty tonight.

I give it two because it have a poor selection of flower, and nobody comes up to ask us need any help.

Always find what i need here just had one bad run in with a manager thinking i was trying too steal all because I had other shopping bags with me

Eh.not much in stock. Their supply of Happy Birthday plates and napkins for adults is sad sad sad. Better options at HEB!

Lady that checked us out the morning of 07/30/20 didn’t even acknowledge us when we came to the register. When I mentioned me having a pick up order all I got was her standing there swinging and clapping her hands. When I returned to purchase the items she said she would hold since we didn’t have payment other than applepay. She was very friendly with a white lady but not with us cause what we’re Hispanic or she thought we didn’t have money? Not the first time I go here and a cashier is rude.

Since I was in the neighborhood, I decided to go in and see if they had the wooded crates that I been looking for. I go straight to the isle I thought they would be on. So instead of simply walking out the store w/o a purchase. I decided to walk around and see if there was some things I needed. The whole time I was followed around by store associates. I had a small shoulder bag, and I was wearing well fitted clothes. So WHY was I being followed around the store, unless they were racial profiling me. I get to the counter, the cashier gets and an attitude when my number doesn’t pull up. Why I don’t know. I sign up w/ my email and cell #. I ask her do she know when they’re get more crates in, says she doesn’t know. The whole time she is completing my transaction, she does not look at me. Smh. I love Micheal’s but I’m over the piss poor customer! I found the crates at Wayfair.

I was able to find all suplies needed to make the earings I saw on the Michaels website. I saved on S&H.

Staff is helpful and friendly, even when the store is packed. Lots of parking - easy to get in and out of from the street.

Love getting all my accessories here and they have great deals. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I love e Micheals especially this location. The people are helpful without being intrusive. Store is always clean and we'll organized. I always buy too much but it is Michael's.

Wow, got to say that this was the best experience ever! Manager was fantastic. He took time out of his busy day to help me and made sure I was well taken care of. Staff was so friendly.

Micheal's has everything that u when it comes to arts and crafts for any season or u just want to have fun playing with different things for example big letters, paints, and if u want to own your own jewelry business making they have it all

I love this store, but most of all I love the arts and crafts classes that they give every Saturday my daughter absolutely loves it

Selection wasn't great and all the prices seemed high. Not what I was expecting from the typical Michael's.

Nice store and staff. I love buying one item that I use or as a gift when they have a coupon for 40% or 50% off.

I think someone was shop lifting and staff was all preoccupied with that so their service to paying customers was not great.
