Deals are great. Beautiful color coded display for beads and a great selection. Some things are cheaper than Hobby Lobby. Lines always are long but more locations than Hobby Lobby. Lovely Christmas decorations.

A lot of nice things for sale, but employees, make sure that you hold everyone's bag behind the counter.not just certain "people".
I really like this Michaels. Michaels always has great coupons and having this location surrounded by other shops is really great and convenient! The store is well kept - Even during the holiday season. The employees are very helpful! When they didn't have an Item in stock, they suggested where I could get something similar at a different store! (I was looking for a rolling pin) They truly appreciate the customer's needs and try to be accommodating.
The sales associate was so friendly and bubbly! She also directed me to the Michael's website for a 20% off coupon and saved me $20.00.
They have a lot of inventory and it is displayed nicely but it is difficult to find someone with knowledge of the crafts. I think they may be short staffed.
Called to check inventory for some jewelry pouches. Was told that they had the velvet pouches available in a pack and in different sizes. Drove 30mi from out of the city to get here and pick up some pouches my local shops didn't have in stock. I arrive, and it turns out that:
1. They didn't have the right pouches.
2. They didn't have them in a pack
3. They didn't come in multiple sizes.
Thanks for wasting my time and gas by lying to me.
Went here to purchase some outdoor lighting (I had a coupon). They had all in correct price signange. When I asked the manager she didn't even bother to take a look, didn't offer any apologies. She had the worst attitude. I make a trip here often but next time I will go to another craft supply store.
