Craft Store Michaels reviews
31This store is very large but, each aisle is labeled so, just keep looking and you'll find what you need. Ample parking.
“Masks are required” until it’s an old white lady. The management confronted me rather than the lady who refused to wear a mask when several people were uncomfortable with someone not following the alleged store policy. The manager also kept pulling his mask down while getting closer to talk to my mom and I. Don’t blame the Texas government either for you not enforcing your corporate company’s policy
My only complaint is there was nobody to help me find what I needed so it took a lot longer than necessary to walk around the entire store.
I like this store, the staff is very friendly and they have all the stuff you need for crafting. My issue is the restroom it's gross and grimy. The stalls are new but you can definitely tell it's not cleaned.
Dan the manager chastised us for telling the only maskless customer that the store policy required a mask.he got so close and acted so oddly that the man in front of us in line asked why he was harassing us and Dan kicked him out. He seemed even nuttier after that and in a very anti-social distancing move, he kept moving closer to me and I repeatedly asked him to move back.which he wouldn’t until I used stronger language when he was less than a foot away. Then he followed us out of the store. It was really odd and my guess. Dan does not embrace the health measures.
The staff was very helpful in helping us find. What we were looking for. It also was great that it was on sale.
When it comes to crafts or stuff to decorate your home, lake house, surf shack, or cabin in the hill country. They got the stuff! And always discount heavily. Well stocked with a happy and friendly staff.
Store had decently priced items and anything you need can be found pretty easy. The only thing I had a real problem with was the chatty cashier. I understand that when it's slow, it's ok to have a short conversation while ringing up items. Just not a short convo that makes another customer wait 5 minutes while you carry on.
Great Store location, Open until 10 pm for last minute projects. Plenty of items to select from and lots and lots of sales. The Staff IS EXTREMELY helpful and take their time explaining different options and ideas. Currently they have Christmas items at 40% off, Yarns are buy one get the next one 50% off or another option is buy 2/$6. I actually found this store had a lot more selections compared to other craft stores I've been to.
Online pickup slow and wrong item picked but customer service on point and helpful. Kinks to be fixed on online pickup part but store overall great expierence.
Michael's has a good selection and you can always find assistance close by. The store is always clean and smells great! I love the 40% off coupon, I use it at every visit! Plus there always send to be a sale going on!
I love micheal’s although the coupon can be confusing. I still feel that the price is fair. I’ll always return to pick up supplies for my projects!
The store is clean and organized but I suggest if you're wanting a large selection to go to a different Michaels because this is a smaller version of any other Michael's I've ever seen so their selection is not very big
Very unorganized, staff seemed confused! Love the merchandise and specials, always have coupons with app!
Claustrophobic and messy. Staff do their best and are friendly, but it is still a Michaels and the business model is still cramming as many things in as possible.
Go to Harrolds Art and Framing, he is way better and cheaper. These people wanted to charge me $125.00 to frame a work 16x26. I found a better deal at $49.00 with Harrolds Art and Framing. Don't get screwed over by these people!
Stopped in for a picture frame on black Friday - of all days. Many good deals, aisles and shelves seemed to be well kept considering the store full of people.
Do not let long lines turn you away, their savvy staff keeps you moving like a well oiled machine.
The inventory is impressive, if you can't find what you need for your craft here; you probably won't find it.
Long lines and cashiers that are usually less than interested in helping. Their manager is not the most personable individual either. What ever happened to customer service? No wonder people are shopping online.
Line to check out was to long and cashier was just talking to another associate and there waa no one on the floor to help us.
