Sometimes this place is always disorganized. The staff is confused and there are never enough cashiers. But it always has items in stock and the canvases are cheap.

Came in today to buy some stuff and they wouldn’t give us a discount on certain DAMAGED items they’ll probably have discounted anyway because of the severe damage.

Making Texas Homecoming mums and this is the place to go! Mums, ribbons, extras, it is all here. Love using the discount coupons and saving $ in addition.

Bless the poor souls who work here. Merch shown online as in stock is not in stock or at least not on display yet. There are only two registers open despite the maddening overabundance of closed registers. What's with coupons being valid on full price merch only? I used to go exclusively to Michael's because they accepted competitors coupons, but I would rather shop online than waste time.

Love shopping at michaels they have everything that I am looking when I go. My kids love to go and get paints, brushes, puzzles they even like that waterfall they have in display lol

Great place to pick up all kinds of art and craft products. A bit costly but sales and specials are terrific. Check on line for coupons!

Their planners and stickers are all over the store. The employees didn't know anything about new products. There were only 2 registers open.

They never seem to have the items I'm looking for always have to go to another Michaels somewhere else
