Micro Center reviews
40Always runs low on do it yourself.if you need more than one or something all they'll have is one.every time.phone system sucks
Nothing i drove there for was in stock even after confiming on the website. Why bother posting your inventory if everyone in the store plays dumb about it? Save the druve unless you just happen to be close.
Went with my friend to buy a home security camera. It was easy to find, everything well organized and staff was very helpful.
Micro Center always has what you need, and is my absolute favorite PC parts store. Always love dropping in to spend money!
Right along the highway and surrounded by restraints it's easy to get any parts to build a pc and a good lunch. The biggest advantage of micro center is probably ok baby the people. You are more likely to get credible support there
THe sales men are really informative and everything is piece mealed so don’t think you can go in and buy one complete set because everything is segregated. It’s a great resource!
Crowded. Not enough sales people. Selection is vast, yet I couldnt seem to find anything I was looking for.
I can't believe I ever knew about this place! $5.00 raspberry pi zeros! 4 dollar SD cards!
It seems that there are about 1 employee put if 5 that actually do anything. The rest stand around and tell you that it isn't their
Come expecting self service.scavenger hunt
Easily one of my favorite places to goto for computer parts and accessories. Been going for last 8 years.
Are you even questioning whether you should go here? Dont bother anywhere else if you're building a new pc, looking for parts etc.
Cheapest anywhere. Always keeping prices low on everything. I've never been disappointed at the dallas store or tbe Cincinnati store.
Biggest issue is they dont have a store in fort worth.
Worth the hour drive for me, every time.
Go get pc parts here!
Great service. I feel like they want the computer you would be most happy with for your needs instead of just making a sale.
The place is very busy on the weekends, but if you are looking to build your own PC and don't want to order parts online, this is the best place to go. The prices are reasonable and the staff are helpful and knowledgeable.
As always I love this store they have great computer deals. This is where we always buy our computers from. The service is always spot on.
Went to return a laptop, according to their staff they didn't have enough cash to give me a refund. I now have to wait up to 10 days or worse for a check in the mail.
Great store with lots of products to fill my geek list. It's great for custom builders. It does come across as a bit disorganized. You have to know where to look. Salesmen work on commission so they can be a little too eager to help at times.
Always the best for extremely knowledgeable, friendly, low pressure sales. We'll never shop for computers elsewhere!
Dropped off PC for hard disk replacement. Service person was very knowledgeable and friendly.
Picked up PC next day (paid extra for expedited service) work was done in less than 4 hours. Service team communicated well via text. Overall great experience.
Service Department is reason to buy from Micro Center.
Brought computer did not turn on for hour, then had a user name and password I don’t recommend these guys.
They have anything you could possible want that deals with a computer or technology. If they don't have it, they'll get it. Wish there were more stores.
The issue I've had with Microcenter relates to the two big-purchase items I've bought there failing within about one year (one television and one laptop). This appears to be the start of a trend I do not wish to continue. Otherwise, the store is one of the few last remaining places you can buy very specific computer components in person, although the selection is probably not as good as Fry's Electronics farther north on I-75.
