Three weeks in this shop couldn’t fine the problem plus he doesn’t have the manpower hrs to work on the car

I had a squeaky belt tensioner. While in there they found a leaky water pump and a front axel slinging grease. They saved me from a roadside breakdown. BTW, I never give 5 stars unless the service is "knock-your-socks-off" good. I have used these guys for over 20 years. They are good people, fair, and honest but my socks are still on.

I arrived without an appointment, hoping to get a state inspection about 4 in the afternoon. The team was able to work me into the schedule and i was driving away in less than 30 minutes! Thank you!

I brought my car in and they diagnosed the problem and had it repaired in a reasonable amount of time, and put a 12 month 12,000 mile warranty on the parts. Excellent customer service and professionalism. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience bringing in a used car for a pre-purchase inspection. They were accommodating and thorough with great post-inspection explanations. Very friendly staff and beautiful, clean waiting area. Highly recommended and would return if they were closer to where we lived!

I have taken my car and my girlfriends car here and as an interracial couple, we don't get the best treatment from most businesses. I can honestly say that these are genuine, professional and polite staff. If your car needs work, they are hospitable and affordable. Check them out!

The service and experience was outstanding. They listened to what was going on, took the car for a quick drive, did a preliminary diagnosis, and then figured out what was wrong. They also explained exactly what they were going to do and how much it was going to cost. Even dropped me off back home. Got the car back in the time they said I would and it drives like new! Went in for an oil change and the guys were very friendly and fast. I’m new to Texas and they treated me like a regular. I love the text messaging reviews for my car so I don’t have to waste all that paper. I will definitely go back to them.

They have drivers for pick ups. I was so amazed at the way they handled my request to check and service my car from my residence. Highly recommend them for their awesome service.

Love this place! They are always so polite, honest and accommodating. I take my car there for everything. I wish they were open on weekends but luckily i work and live within the shuttle limits so they can always drop me off and pick me up which a lot of shops don't offer. They are personable and family owned which makes it even more awesome.

This is a great service center. The owner goes above and beyond to resolve problems. Our older but new to us Lincoln Town Car had a mysterious issue that he and his staff were able to identify and fix. It's not the closest place to us but will always be our first choice!

I had to have a right front hub bearing pressed in. They did not try an say that I had outher issues with my car. They fixed the car faster then they promised and even cheaper than the written quote. I will be going back.

Have been taking my vehicles here for over twenty years, never a bad experience, trustworthy, honest, excellence come to mind.
