Mid-Cities Service Center / Parra Car Care - Euless Blvd.

Took my wife's Subaru Legacy in due to a significant "rumble" that had appeared whenever we were stopped and in DRIVE or REVERSE. It was not there when in PARK or Neutral. After a lot of trouble-shooting they finally found the problem (related to the front axles and a recently installed rack-n-pinion) and got it fixed. And the price was perfect for the budget! A big thanks to Bob Parra and his crew!

Great service! They got my vehicle in the next day, determined what was wrong with my a/c and got it fixed. They gave me a ride home and picked me up when the vehicle was ready. Everyone was very courteous and professional. I'm very impressed with the 2 year warranty on the work. The wash and vac was also a very pleasant bonus. Was recommended to them by a friend. They quoted me a price over the phone, I drove an hour to see them and when I showed up they told me it was going to be $100 more than I was previously quoted! They had nothing to say about it, no apologies, no suggestions of what to do to proceed, so I left.

Brought my car in for a state inspection after moving from out of state. They made the process smooth, they called my insurance agency to get a copy of the ID card faxed over, and called the DMV to help me with the car registration process. Would go here again 100%!
