It was actually pretty good. Found the plants we were looking for and they were in good shape. I previously purchased 2 plants at a pretty penny and within 30 days, 1 was dead, no reviving May want to ask about their return policy for plants. They have a large selection of beautiful plants, trees, and flowering bushes. There's a large selection of decorative pots as well. Some items are pricey, so be financially prepared.

I love the selection. The prices are reasonable, and they keep up with all of their plants. I shop around and get to see a lot of nurseries. We make special trips out here, because we know the quality of their plants will be great. Keep up the good work.

Milbergers needs to work on misinformation, honoring what employees have told you, and common sense. I've posted a picture of plants I've gotten from there, and notice the one with a flag - is a bush, which I got two of.

One of the bushes died, and I simply wanted an exchange.

I called them on the phone and was advised to bring the bush up for an exchange or refund (didnt want a refund, wanted an exchange) - this is the only product from them which died.

This year, I bought multiple trees, bushes, flowers - over a grand. It will be my last. When I arrived, with my recent after a promise on the phone of a refund or exchange (again, I wanted an exchange, I didn't want a refund) - I was advised it wouldn't happen by the manager.

"First off. " he started to preach to me in an over superior fashion - he advised me that it died bc I over watered it.

So, I asked to show him the picture you see - and he refused. "Each plant is different. " - yes, but it's twin is fine, healthy - with fruit. (The one with the flag.)

The bush was a dud, they lied on the phone to get me in person, only to be rude - and condescending.

There are better alternatives in town to spend your hard earned money on, I don't know about you - but I don't like taking a match to my money in which I work for - to be lied to and talked down to.

Deals don't happen with a handshake anymore, but this is called professional responsibility and customer service.

Check out anywhere but here, I came here bc I try to support local small business but with service like this, Lowes or a small nursery, anywhere but here it will be.

I'm posting other pictures of my garden too, does it look like my issue is related to over watering? Looks pretty solid to me.

This was the worst experience. I bought a pallet of grass for $200 and it was dead. They rescheduled pick up twice They took no responsibility for their product or their rude behavior. Never again. Fanicks has my loyalty.

Meh.
I’ve grown up with Milberger’s and am a proponent of shopping local.
Good selection.
But.staff truly needs a lesson in customer service. I will take my money elsewhere so not to be treated like I’m doing them a disservice.

I randomly stopped by to have a tree identified by a stump i had in the jeep. I was met with very pleasant and smiling faces! Great customer service and i couldnt ask for more. Thanks guys!

Best nursery in town, the staff is more than happy to help, the plants never had issues growing and bloomed beautifully. Prices were better than other local nurseries, the plants they sell are not the same you find at Lowe’s or the other nurseries that buy from the same producer. Hands down my favorite nursery. Thank you.

Seems over priced. There was also only one register going on a Sunday afternoon. The girl who checked me out barely said 2 words to me and then after I had all my plants and was standing there I had to ask her if I could have something to carry them out. Idk I spent $40 on some plants at least help me out some.go to shades of green. Better stuff at more reasonable prices and nicer people.

Cashier was rude to my sister and was unable to do basic math. When we brought the error to her attention, she just waved us off. Inside the store, we were told we would have to "go find " a manager if we wanted the overage corrected.

My wife went to Milberger's on 12/3 looking for advice on native plants after having gone to Home Depot first. She said she received an incredibly thorough lesson from Nelson. Milberger's is the best nursery she'd ever been to!

I have purchased three trees here, and had them planted. Very good product and the staff is professional. Best tree selection and quality.

Some of the friendliest people I've ever bought from. Everything is clean and organized. The staff really took their time to help me pick out the flowers for my new bed. Very festive and lively, it has a great home/community feel to it.

Called because we were stuck at light and asked if they would hold plant at cashier we arrived at 6: 01 and was told we were to late. What customer service.

Back in San Antonio after 40+ years and rediscovering the current plant nurseries. Very pleased with the extensive selection. Staff was very nice. Reasonable prices.

This place seriously lacks customer service skills. Most of the employee's do not know how to communicate with customers. They act as if they are doing you a favor by selling plants. I guess this is owner owned and most of the ppl working here are relatives who are arrogant and needs a serious lesson in customer service. You just lost a customer.

The customer service is great! The two gentleman, Jonathon and Preston, who helped load the sod into my vehicle were excellent. Definitely will come here again.

Customer service is very important. This company excels at helping the customer feel comfortable even when said customer doesn't know what he is doing. Buenvenidos is fully embraced here. It is a comfortable place to shop.

I really enjoy going to this nursery. They have a nice selection, and all the trees that I have bought from them have done well.
