Great place for variety of plants. Been here many times for landscaping projects. Prices can be higher than other nurseries though.

I love this place! Great selection of carefully chosen plants for our climate, great service, and really cute stuff to look at for gardening and outdoor gifts. Easy to get to, and I love the gardening shows when I can listen on the radio!

I love coming here to get gardening items. The sales are great and I like the seminars they offer. I'm not a master gardener, but they sure do help me be a good one.

Friendly helpful staff, with a large selection of plants, trees, shrubs, planters along with all kinds of fertilizers and pesdeside. They have a very informative radio show on the weekends you can listen to them on 930 am or just drop by and ask them in person.

I looked around other places for a fresh Christmas tree, but defaulted to Milberger's because I've always been pleased with the quality of the plants I buy there. Even though they were more expensive than places like Home Depot, I felt confident I'd get the best, most long-lasting tree from Milberger's. I was wrong.
My first mistake was assuming they would make a fresh cut before loading it into my car. As I shopped for other plants, the employee offered to take my car keys and load the tree in my car. Great! What service! However, I completely forgot to confirm the trunk would get a fresh cut before loading into my vehicle
(as every other Chrismas tree vendor offered to do).
When I got home and started to place the tree in the stand, I noticed that the trunk cut looked pretty old, and the trunk bottom looked pretty banged up- like it hadn't been cut before it was displayed. I called Milbergers and asked if they were providing fresh cuts. Response. "no, we don't do that. " Well, I wasn't too happy.had to borrow a limb saw and it was no easy job for me. Just would have liked to have some warning that the tree needed to be recut. I probably would have gone somewhere else for my tree had I known.
Once tree was up with its clean cut, I noticed
an unusually large amount of needles dropping. Three days later, the tree is shedding like its the week after Christmas. My guess is these trees probably got one cut after they were harvested, and it wasn't at Milberger's. Don't you think if they bothered to trim them when they set them up for display, they'd be happy to provide that important fresh cut at the time their customer shelled out all that money for the tree?
Looking like this tree will be way past it's prime before Christmas - all due to a lack of proper preparation on the tree vendor's part.
Really disappointed because I liked Milberger's, but surely won't buy another Christmas tree there.

Although I did not buy anything on this visit, Milberger's is one of my favorite garden shops. It is well stocked with plants, shrubs, & trees giving customer a huge selection to choose from. Warranties are offered. The staff is knowlegeable. Classes are offered to the public. While in inventory, the nursery stock is watered & maintained. Garden related statuary & supplies are also sold. Special seasonal & holiday displays are set up throughout the grounds in an attractive manner. For example: the Butterfly Garden. Milberger's is definitely A smart place to come to assure your own home garden will grow.

I am a regular at milbergers and always have a pleasant experience. Have bought zorro zoysia grass on two occasions and the quality has been great. Customer service is good. Prices can vary so if you are on a budget, be mindful. Otherwise, great business and selection.

I went to Milberger's excited bcuz of all the positive feed back I've heard. I was in for a big surprise when i arrived i had several questions abt my trees. The staff seemed very frustrated that i even asked anything at all and I was rushed without receiving any really good answers to my questions. Staff need to slow down and be a little more friendlier. Im sure their boss and owner would not appreciate this unprofessionalism.

Great selection and good customer service. We love to take a stroll since this place is so inviting especially with landscapes they added. It's always great for a visit and you'll find something to take home, we do. Median price range
