Judy is the best. While traveling, our Mini ran out of batteries and I had to get it towed to Mini of El Paso. She help calm my fears of the worst major problems. Her knowledge of the safe city was honest and reassuring. The service is very friendly and top notch. Judy was kind enough to provide a loner. They took the day to address the issue and did a point inspection to make sure we’d be safe on our journey home. We are safe with no problems. The cost was average for battery replacement. There’s no price for a peace of mind and superb service. Best place to take your MINI.
These people lied out of their teeth to us to get a sale just to let us have a car for a month and ask for it back unless we had 4 more grand down.

Never a customer service issue. Sales were awesome, found me my perfect car. The customer care had been out of this world. I'm not gonna lie, out of all the business I've had dealings with there. MINI is literally the best, treat the service people like people and they have your back. If I get this service in NC, when I leave, I will be buying MINI as often as possible. All other business take note. Sales and Service are top notch!

This place is hands down one of the best customer service places I've ever gone too in El paso. They have a great used car selection, the mini's are awesome and fun cars and if you're a little more serious.then the BMW's will suffice. Kiyoko and Valerie assisted me and let me tell you. These are the sales people to ask for. Awesome, awesome dealership
I went there for a yoga class taught by Namaste Tribe, it was a nice place. Employees were courteous and polite.

I had an appointment and still waited almost 2 hours for an oil change and they way over charged. Would not recommend.

Love them Haydee and Judy are AMAZINGLY AWESOME! WE LOVE the way they get things done. They work together and Haydee is constantly updating us.
They kept my car for 3 days to change my oil, cabin filter and do the state inspection, then didn't do the inspection. On they plus side, they did lend me a car. Not sure if I'll go back though unless it's covered by my car's warranty. One fun fact I learned is that the SERVICE department is actually SALES so it's expensive bc they're partially paid on commission. I'm not sure what to think when they offer me service now. Someone correct me if I'm wrong please!
I’ve been a MINI owner since 2015 and have always had a great experience when I take my car in for service.
I always ask for Judy Albert in the service department; she is professional, direct, and always goes above and beyond to make sure things are done perfectly. She is excellent in returning calls, answering questions, and solving issues while being cognizant of the customers time.
