MINI of El Paso

I wish people would write an honest review of this place. Their customer service in the service dept is below subpar. Unbelievable to be honest with you. Been here since 9: 30. Its 3: 47right now and we still dont have our car. If we dont inquire, NOBODY asks tells us anything.
Stop praising their customer service and tell the truth.

We bought our first mini private sale and we had to get the foot well Modul in El Paso so we drove from Odessa tx and as soon as we got there the service was excellent and they even warranted the part they even had breakfast and drinks on hand how awesome then we ordered a few parts from the service department he was very helpful thank you mini of El Paso for your services

As always Judy is a pleasure to work with. The service attendants are beyond courteous and professional. The mechanics are knowledgeable and professional as well. Love spending time at Mini. Everyone is so happy and delivers great service with a smile.

Marco was an excellent help for my wife and I as we bought a new Mini Cooper. We were prepared to order a custom build because we couldn't find the perfect model on the lot, but he persisted and found the car that met our needs. Then when we were finalizing the purchase, he helped find us a rebate and got us a better financing rate than what our bank had originally offered.

Juan in sales and Judy in service have provided excellent service that started the day I bought my MINI and has continued to today. I’ve never experienced service like theirs before, and fount I will find it elsewhere in the future!

Judy and Heidi are the best. Judy always goes out her way to help and always so polite. We need more people like her in every aspect of life not just in a business. So I'm thankful to have them in mini.also big thanks to lalo (lala not so sure) very polite guy, and Danny the mechanic took extra care in my mini.

Second time getting my vehicle fixed, always very helpful and very flexible. Had tire issues on my way to work was able to stop in drop off my mini and leave in a loaner car before my work day even started. Always my highest recommendation thanks Heidi!

I have been taking my Mini to Mini of El Paso since moving to Las Cruces. I appreciate how thorough they are. Also, they will prioritize maintenance so if you don’t have the time or maybe the money to have a service done, they let you know what can be put off.
They always rerun the car cleaned inside and out. I like my service rep, Judy Albert. She is helpful and personable.

Service was quick and efficient. I was told what was needed to get done with satisfactions. Always feel comfortable after the visit.

They made a mistake on the paperwork resulting in a higher cost than I expected. I had to go back after I had bought my car. So that was annoying. Otherwise, a pretty good experience.
