I am really pleased with Christan Salinas He did an amazing Job with Assisting me with getting an apartment. Christan is very professional and proves to be a great worker. I am truly grateful. I love my apartment!

They are very friendly to work with and very quick with responses. The maintenance guy comes whenever we need them and the area feels very safe for all families!

Carlos the leasing agent was very nice he helped me get my apartment asap. Of course you have to wait to get approved but it all happened so fast I was able to move in within a couple of days. So far it's been nice. Its quiet and clean. I have NO roaches, bed bugs, none of that.

My experience has been the best with them. I love that I’m satisfied with my new apartment! Jose has been a big help & very knowledge you'll be in great hands if you work with him. I would certainly recommend this location as a great place to live.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX IN DALLAS. THE ENITRE MANAGEMENT TEAM ARE THEIFS AND VERY RUDE! THE APARTMENTS ARE FILLED WITH ROACHES AND MANY OTHER PEST I NEVER SEEN IN MY LIFE! THEY JUST PAINT OVER EVERYTHING TO MAKE IT SEEM NEW BUT THE INSIDE OF THESE APARTMENTS ARE OLD AND BEAT DOWN. I LIVED HERE FOR 1YEAR AND PAYED MY BILLS ON TIME EACH MONTH AND NEVER CAUSE ANY SORT OF DISTURBANCE TO THE PEACE. ONCE I MOVED OUT I LEFT THE WHOLE PLACE SPOTLESS I EVEN PAYED TO HAVE THE CARPET CLEANED. ONCE IT WAS TIME TO RECEIVE MY DEPOSIT BACK I WAS TOLD I WAS BEING CHARGED FOR A FINAL WATER BILL (WHICH WAS NOT A PROBLEM) and CARPET CLEAN AND SOO MANY OTHER RANDOM FEES. I WENT INTO THE OFFICE HAVE IT RESOLVED AND CARLA (WHO WAS EVERY RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE!) TOLD ME ALL SHE COULD SO WAS EMAIL COOPERATE WHICH TOOK HER A MONTH TO DO AND By THE END OF IT SHE SAID SHE COULD ONLY GIVE ME A NUMBER TO CALL TO GET IF FIXED! BEAT DOWN PROPERTY AND
EVEN WORSE MANAGEMENT!

Karla was very helpful & knowledgeable about all of my questions I had. She was very professional and sweet. I RECOMMEND her!

Good service but they have a lot of building and sometimes is hard to get the services quick or the maintenance

I loved the service! Robert took great care of me! My spot is off the scenes n is comfortable I love it already!

My son just moved out of these apartments. The worst mistake he ever made, he had to get him a lawyer.

I've lived in this apartment complex for the past 2 years and this was my first apartment, I highly regret moving here. The office people are rude as hell, they never come to fix anything, you have to pay for pest control that you've NEVER saw you also have to pay to get your bill printed (something they should be paying for) this place is filthy and a rip-off, if yourey considering PLEASE DON'T bc itlit be the worse mistake youvyo ever made!

Bed bugs roaches.also the office has been stealing money for years.and residents have to pay for this #fakebalances in addirtion I am yet to get back my deposits. Not safe place for a single parent I have had a guy expose himself right in parking lot. They couldnt do anything because he was not legally here.

Put my application in and was given a move in date of the 1st. Its now the 8th no response from management. I called over and over only to be given the run around. Staff very inconsiderate and unprofessional. Dont be fooled by the nice leasing office and the fake persona they give you when signing you on. Because after you sign that paper work the real unprofessional side comes out. Dont waste your time. Now I have to try and find somewhere else to live after waiting for 2 weeks for a response.

Overcharging apartment complex. Literally charge almost 5 dollars for copy of your monthly charges. And just to pay rent. But when you want to report maintenance they take forever to come. Also never answers calls.

Also They gave us an expired parking sticker. Towed our car. We had to pay 170. Ontop of being late to work. Thinking they stoled our car. All they did was credit it back. No apology nor or anything for the inconvenience. Worst experience ever.

I give diz apartments NO stars. I had never experience such bad management by the ladies that work der. People seriously view diz comments before trying to get an apartments her. Dey kept my deposit and waited for almost a month before dey can tell me I was not approve.read first and dnt signed anything cuz der just full of lies I hope the city can take notice of diz situations Going on in diz apartments complex.

Poor Managment
Maintenance wont come and repair things till weeks and managment wont care
They dont care about there residents

I've been living here for almost a year. I ran into a financial issue and when I asked for a plan to pay they worked with me as long as I paid on time. Every issue I ever had if I got with Karen or Tameka it has gotten fixed ASAP. I have no problems with roaches or insects because I keeps a clean home.

They are a total rip off. I decided not to live there because of all the reviews and photos that were posted. They said since I don't wanna live here I don't get any of my money back. 200 for security deposit they kept. What's so bad my application was still in the process mode. Didnt have the apt yet. Stay away.

This place is NO GOOD people get shot and robbed almost every day. AND ON TOP OF THAT THEY RAISED THE RENT. WHO WOULD PAY 1260.00 TO LEAVE SOMEWHERE THAT YOU ARE SCARED TO GO OUT AT NIGHT. NO DONT DO IT.

So this is pretty lengthy but worthwhile reading if you're looking to choose a new home to move in to.my family and I have been here about 7 years now. This place has seriously gone down the s**thole. Ton of roaches in my apartment, no matter how much I try to keep it clean they're there. Lately with the new management, they seem to want to charge for every little thing. Batteries, Blinds, Light Fixtures? When I first moved in years ago, our water bill started at $40,7 years later? $120! For a one-bedroom. I try calling every chance I get to ask why, and no one in the office answers the phone. My work hours are the same as there, unable to go in. We receive at least 2 notices a month regarding some sort of crime in the area, "be careful with the surroundings". Supposedly we needed to go to the office because we will need access with a special card to get in. B. S! Gates are always broken, therefore no reason for me to bust my butt over to the office to pick one up. Twice these people have allowed drug dealers to move in to the apartment RIGHT NEXT TO ME, complained as much as I could, never was taken care of til they pretty much abandoned the apartment. Right now, the only reason I gave 2 stars is because in my section, there are SIX empty apartments (that should tell you alot!) and I'm able to have a decent parking spot when I come home from work. People that lived here had several cars to one apartment, very unfair to have had to park in the street literally just to get to my place. That is all I can think of at this point. Hope it gets better, which I doubt. Issues ongoing over 3 years now.

I'm trying to rent an apartment with this complex, and after starting the application process and giving them the app fees and deposit I had some questions about the process but they refuse to return my calls or respond to my emails I'm starting to feel like they just wanted to steal my money.
