TERRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE THEY DON'T FIX ANYTHING MAINTENANCE AND THE GIRLS IN THE OFFICE ARE RETARDED. I HAVE HAD A LEAK SINCE THANKSGIVING MAINTENANCE WOULD JUST LOOK AT THE WATER AND MAKE UP A REASON THEN IT FINALLY GOT BAD ENOUGH AND COULD SEE THE WATER WAS COMING FROM UPSTAIRS. THEY RIPPED SOME OF THE CEILING OUT AND HAVEN'T BEEN BACK SINCE. SO NOW I HAVE A HUGE HOLE IN THE CEILING WITH MOLD SINCE JAN. 10. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE THE NEW MANAGEMENT COMPANY IS JUST AS BAD AS THE FIRST.

We've been here 2 years and we regret it.we could just not find apartment so we needed to stay another year but this year we're done we're leaving don't let them fake you with their nice attitude and with the remodeling. Apartments that's why a lot of people left and that's why they have empty Apartments there's cockroach everywhere at first you see apartment with no cockroach but in the week you'll have cockroach everywhere do not rent you're going to regret it.and do not believe on the rent price they give you they tell you one thing but before you know it you get your first bill and there and it's another prize and it keeps going up every month.they do not fix your things right away if your new Resident they'll do it cuz your new but after that they do not care but they do want their rent on time but they will not fix things on time.so listen to the reviews do not rent! They got a new manager but no nothing has changed everything stayed the same

Trash everywhere, staff rude and don't care if anything is repaired. Smells of mold, no fire safety measures, Windows aren't properly put in and leak air conditioning. No dog park. If you ask for a repair they charge you for it. Have no respect for your personal property and will let your pets out of your apartment in the name of doing an inspection.
