I’ve been going to Neighboord Medical Center for 3 Years now and the staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. I’ve found the wait times to be significantly shorter compared to other local Primary Care Offices. Even though I’ve moved 30mins North I still continue to use Dr. McElya as my PCP.

Reasonable price, not a long wait time, and friendly staff. As a cash patient, I greatly appreciated the doctor's efforts to find me the cheapest price for my prescription- he even printed out coupons for me!

They facility is top notch! I love the PA I saw, he was compassionate and extremely knowledgeable, and the front desk staff and nurses were professional and kind.

I needed a reorder on Keppra since I've had 2 TBI's, Dr. McElya did give me a temporary 30 day supply, but the only qualified neuro physician that accepted BCBSTX was in Frisco. I'm not sure how to get all the way up Frisco, I may need to call a cab. David

I have been going to this place as my primary care provider since 2012. They are always professional and efficient. PA Fernandez is stellar. She actually takes time to talk to you and addresses any concerns. Thank you.

Every one of the staff members were kind, courteous and compassionate! And the Physician Assistant who helped me (Libby) was absolutely wonderful! She explained everything very clearly and was very knowledgeable. Mine was a minor emergency, but she took every precaution to make sure I had no broken bones or any other problems. She diagnosed me quickly and gave clear care instructions. Thanks so much! We highly recommend Neighborhood Medical Center!

This place is a joke! All of the staff are extremely rude! I had an appointment at 3: 00 and have been waiting in the lobby for almost 2 hours! I will NOT be back!

I love the way my Dr's listen to me and not rushing to get me in and out in 15 minutes and they always let me know I have options.

I came to this lovation for a drug test for a new job it was quick and easy. The staff weren’t rude but neither friendly.

I had to get a visa physical for Australia asap, and Neighborhood was perfect. Within 24 hours I had it all done. They were great.

Worst Doctor office ever. Always dirty, staff not trained.say you don't have insurance or else they charge you, as the consumer, triple what others without insurance pay for same type of visit! Stay away!
