Great facility. However when you call to speak with someone or to get results no one ever answer. Leave voicemails and no return calls.

I would recommend them. The staff and the doctor were very nice and helpful. The place was neat and clean. My only issue would be to plan to spend more time than you expect. I thought I would be there about 30 minutes but was there about an hour, not a big deal. But overall everything and everyone was great. I would use them again.

Don't go here. They send me and another lady to ER for minor things. Don't know why they are open for.

I had originally went here because of all reviews. Biggest mistake I had a small laceration the young inexperienced doctor told me she couldn't do the stitches because they only did simple stitches. So she told me to go ER. I had overheard another patient in lobby said they had told her they couldn't help her and she had to go ER. They then sent me a bill $265 for visit that had no medical service. I had previous did stitches at MedExpress Urgent Care and the nurse practitioner did a great job so I didn't understand why young doctor couldn't do it. Save your time and money don't come here find a more experience urgent care. They will charge you office fee but they can't help treat you.

I came here on my kids lunch break to get us all tested for covid. I had made appointments the day prior. It’s now been 33 minutes and no one has said anything. No sorry for the wait or we will be right with you. Nothing! What’s the point in scheduling an appointment time to not be seen at anywhere near your appointment time. My kids are going to be late back to school today not to mention this is during their lunch time so they are hungry as well. I am not happy with Next Care.

Terrible experience. Waited 2 hours WITH appointment. Rude staff and had to wait so long for any test results.

Horrible experience, no answers, they told me check with my insurance what doctors can see my situation, and after I paid for consult, two week later send me a bill of 100 dollars, they are thief's, don't go to this place, absolutely don't recommend this place, horrible personal experience

Everyone there was great. I had to have x-rays and they were done there onsite and quick and fast. Also had to have a covid test and it was done without excessive pain.

Great facility! If you use the online option there is little to no wait! The staff is very accommodating and attentive! Highly recommend nextcare for any health care needs or emergencies!

Have been getting my daughter's sports physicals here for the last 3 years. They are very efficient and affordable.

Philana made me feel like I was family when I stopped in for a visit. I was a bit on edge upon arriving but she helped put me at ease. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Outside of having a primary care doctor, I’ll always make sure to have this place as a plan b.

This place is my go to for back to school physicals. The wait is never long & they are always friendly!

Every time I go there I am treated with respect. The employees are very nice. I have been there quite a few times Paragon they have never made me feel stupid. They understand I know my body.

In network no long wait staff was very pleasant professional and compassionate made appointment online on a Sunday for 1230 in and out in less than a hour

Dr. Pompey is wonderful! I took her to see my son a few months ago when we thought he had the flu and I was so impressed with her at that time and when I needed to be seen for high blood pressure yesterday, I was pleased when she walked in the door. She is a wonderful doctor and very thorough and if she were to ever get her own practice, she would be my primary care physician! I really, really love her! Also, the staff and nurses were very helpful and polite.

Very courteous and respectful staff. The office was very clean. Dr. Pompey was extremely sweet and caring. I was through checked and prescribed the medications needed to help me feel better. I will definitely go back.

NextCare Urgent Care was an awesome place. The office staff real nice. The office was real clean. They tend to you right away. The nurse real nice to. The doctor was also awesome I highly recommend this place to anybody. They really listen to you.
