NextCare Urgent Care, Houston TX

I brought my 9 year old son in due high fever and sore throat. The staff was very nice and professional. We only had to wait a total of 30 minutes. It was his first visit there and everything went well.

I use NextCare more often than my PCP. The staff is really great, so kind and caring. Also, it's more convenient when I need to see a Dr.quickly.

We've been coming for years. The staff are courteous, helpful & work in a timely manner. Highly recommend Urgent Nextcare.

From the moment I walked in with my daughter everyone was very attentive and very informative. They were super nice.

I love it here. From the moment you walk in I love the girl in the front. I love the male nurse and I met Dr. Pompey today she was extremely knowledgeable and nice. Will definitely come back if needed.

Excellent service. Doctors did not rush me in and out the door. They took time to understand my history, family history, and my current symptoms. Proper diagnosis and treatment plan. Also very efficient service model from checkin to departure and they had prescriptions called into pharmacy and ready for pickup. Dr Pompeo is Great

This place is always busy but this time they got me on quick. The doctors are real good at getting you to feel better right away I have been coming to this location for years when I can’t get in with regular Dr.

Receptionist very nice, respectful and soft spoken at arrival and while waiting. The waiting was not long to be seen. The doctor was very knowledgeable and quick to treat my problem. I will recommend this urgent care to friends and family.

Friendly staff. Great with adults who still hate shots, which is hard to find in medical personnel. Plus they give complimentary bottles of water. Who doesn't love that?

Doctor will barely take enough time to talk to you and have at least 5 minutes there explain what could you could have (this is what happened to me). Also the wait time is very long. Avoid this place.

Great experience considering the reason for the visit.front desk clerk was helpful, Paul the assistant also, and the DR / NP was great! I believe her name was Patrice. Wait time was reasonable for a Sunday with people ahead of me. Would recommend. I had a cut that needed stitches.

2nd time taking my brother and both visits were super! Very nice and informative. Working in the medical field myself for over 10 yrs- it’s hard to find medical staff that actually love and take pride in their jobs - i must say this team is amazing! Thank you for your care!
