NightLight Pediatric Urgent Care, Humble TX

Went inside a tiny bit apprehensive since I’ve never used an urgent care place for my three year old. All the staff were so kind and reassuring. I left there confident that my daughter was going to be fine and with clear instructions on how to take care of her symptoms etc.

The entire process was easy and fast. The girls up front were very helpful with explaining the process and doctor Rajitha was great with my son. The hours are great since my son goes to school and I work late hours. I would recommend this place to everyone.

I love this facility, always a high level of professionalism. Mendy Martinez is absolutely the best provider I have ever came across. From her tone all the way to her patience with children. Thank you all so much

I had to bring my son in to get stitches due to a football accident. As a mom, it's a worrisome situation, but the fact that Night Light Pediatrics was there to help, it put my mind it put my mind at ease.
I am thankful for them and all that they do!

Fast friendly service, we were out in less than an hour! Clean office with updated equipment and kid friendly rooms with fun wall decor to keep kids entertained while waiting. While I was walking in a staff member was disinfecting the waiting room chairs and kid's table with alcohol and antibacterial products. I was very pleased to see that!

Wasn’t sure when my pediatricns office requested me to take my child here since the Dr could not see us but I was really glad we went. I will use them again. The staff was wonderful and the Dr was thorough and pleasant to speak with. Great experience for us in a challenging hard time with a sick little.

Wonderful staff! Everyone from the front desk, medical assistants, and our provider Edith were so kind and speedy. It’s never good to have to be at a pediatric urgent care in the first place, but they made it more bearable with their kindness.

I took my 2 yr old that had a fever, diarrhea & loss of appetite for the 1st time. Admin front desk were kind & professionals. The nursing staff were nice but didn't do their job when swabbing my sons throat for strep throat. The results were negative & he was prescribed medicine for nausea & throw up. Which he was not throwing up. The nurses gave him a small cup of pedialyte, which he was already drinking in his sippy cup. After $50 copay, I got no answers on what was wrong with my son. Today my son is on his 5th day with fever, diarrhea & loss of appetite. Thank God I was able to get an appointment with his pediatrician. My son tested positive for strep throat & flu! I'm super upset that my son didn't get the diagnosis to receive the treatment he needed sooner.

This was one of the best urgent care visits I’ve had. I took my 20 month old here because she was running a 102 temp. There were 3 people ahead of me and we were in and out in less than 35 minutes! The receptionists were beyond friendly as they greeted me and checked me out. The nurse was friendly and the doctor as well. My child didn’t even cry which is unusual for hersiring doctor visits. The facility is clean and well kept. Overall great staff and experience.

The front desk ladies are polite and really nice. We didnt wait very long at all. The doctors are quick, professional and great with kids. I will always come back here.

Took grandson, knew he had an ear infection by the way he was acting (he has tubes as well) Dr looked and said his ears look great, clear and no infection. 2 days later at his MD with 102.0 fever, severe ear infection, wax build up keeping the ear from draining and one of the tubes is falling out. Seriously! This is ridiculous. We had no choice but to take him there due to it being late and not thinking it was serious enough for the ER, which it was not. This is the 2nd time they have missed his ear infection. Ok, missed once I get it, it happens. This time it was so severe it had to be infected. Now enroute to ENT. This place is a joke.

Well I hate for my grandchildren to be ill, I actually love going to this urgent care. Being able to check in online makes it so easy. The staff - receptionists, medical assistants, PA’s, and doctors - are always supportive, caring, cheerful and thorough from the moment you walk in the door. Thanks to all of you for great care of our family!

My daughter came in with a high fever the staff was very attentive and thorough in making sure they had all the info to make the best decision regarding her care and the nurse as well as supporting staff was very kind and professional I'd recommend anyone I know to come here when there child is ill.

I had an excellent experience visiting this facility, Dr. Jasmine Dao did a great job with my 2 year old, and she was very accessible to answer questions and explain what every medication was for, very pleased with the service overall.
