ROFL at that lady complaining that they didn't kiss her feet and smiled at her benevolence when she walked in. If your kid is sick this is where you want to take them, make no mistake. My son is healthy thanks to these highly competent people being available during the off hours, and I recommend them. Like another poster I had to pay $150, but I'd rather have my kid than the $150!

The front office staff was wonderful. They were willing to help. Told me what I needed right away.

The staff and the Doctor were extremely helpful and pleasant. We didn’t wait long and I really appreciated the screen that let you know where you were in line.

Everyone was really nice and friendly. Excellent customer service! My son and I was very pleased.

Nurse staff was all around great and good service. Physician Practitioner was absolutely awesome and good communication and good service.

We were very happy with the service. Fast and reliable from the check in to the check out. The doctor was amazing and thanks to her determination to cover all possibilities we were able to find the issue, a very unexpected diagnosis in the beginning. So thank you very much!

This place is awesome! Quick service. Nice staff. Convenient location. Clean restrooms. The employees have a good attitude! I will recommend it to all parents with kids!

They were quick very nice as well. This is the second time i brought my baby here and they always make me feel at ease. Everyone from the ladies at the front desk, the nurses, and the doctor were great.

The staff was friendly and made my son feel comfortable. They took their time even though it was the end of the night. The fact that it is a pediatric urgent care center made a difference. I would definitely recommend this place.

Front desk was very professional & quick but I did sign in online before. The nurses were fantastic. Dr Doo was outstanding - spent over 10 minutes examining my son. Highly recommend

I checked in online and put in insurance information. 3 hours later I show up with sick child to be told they don't accept my insurance. Then don't ask for it online or take the time to verify it beforehand. Very frustrating experience to be turned away with a sick child.
