Took my car in for an oil change service and I was provided great customer service. I was greeted at my car as soon as I pulled up, and all necessary information was gathered, then I was told I would receive a call once finished. Once service was finished, I received a call letting me know that my car was ready and they they were finishing up with the complimentary car wash. I was also given additional maintenance recommendations that would be needed in the near future both verbally and on paper. All of my interactions with Nissan of Mckinney was great, I will continue to bring my car to them for service. Thank you Nissan of Mckinney!
