First off, they we're great at being patient as we worked to decide what car we wanted, and when. It came down to them matching an offer which took them minutes to do, and the close was MINUS the normal upsell, hardball finance beat down we've come to expect. So, got exactly what I wanted for the price I wanted, what's more say? I will be back again for another car soon.

One star is generous for the lies I was told and the abysmal customer service. Nissan will do anything to not accept responsibility for their faulty glass including lying to customers straight to their faces. I'm so disappointed, this is my 4th Nissan and my last!

David Benitez was amazing! He made me feel extremely comfortable on my first car purchase and explained everything in detail. Love my new car, thanks David!

I have had my vehicle serviced at Nissan McKinney for the 8th time now. Yes I said 8th, the service department has yet to get this right. Brakes are everything to a car and if the service is second rate at best regarding them then that just does not measure up. At this point, we are awaiting a call from Service Manager of this dealership to contact us. We are prepared to go further to determine our rights as a consumer. Stay tuned.

Worst customer service. Not at all friendly. They even don't know how to talk to customers. Don't waste your time visiting Nissan of McKinney

David Benitiez was very engaging and attentive during our meeting. He even listened patiently as I went into great detail about 2 previous car sales experiences that I had the weekend before that were just god awful. Thankfully David made this one infinitely better and I was a happy camper driving off in my 2016 Certified Pre-owned Nissan Rogue and felt like I got it at a very fair price after a brief negotiation. Would definitely buy from him again!

They are a bunch of liars and don't no their own companies cpo warranty information, nor do they honor their commitment!

We had a manager call and accept our offer. When we got there that managers was gone and the new one would not honor the agreement. It was a wasted 2 hour drive round trip

If you want to be lied to. They are the dealer for you!

Worst car buying experience in 32 years!

Trading in to purchase a used car. Salesman Francis was very helpful and considerate, and Oscar in finance was very detailed and patient with me. Would recommend.

Gene did me right. I was amazed at the fact that he immediately told me the finance rate with no hassle. Either car sales has changed or nissan is doing it right. Picked up a NV2500 work van which I love. Gas mileage sucks at about 12 to 13 but it's a nice vehicle.

Must come and ask for Joshua Thomas, great to work with! Unlike traditional salesmen, he was never pushy, he listened to my preferences and worked to get us a good deal.

I had very outstanding service from both Josh Thomas and Rodney Hutchinson. They were very direct and and honest. Helped my girlfriend and I get her first car. We are very thankful and happy.
