Nordstrom The Woodlands

New and nice but doesnt have as much as typical stores in other major cities or down in Galleria.

I must confess, this was my first time ever inside a Nordstrom. Will definitely go back, best experience ever! I really wish I could remember the name of the lady that helped me, as she was a true gem! Treated me so nice and went above and beyond helping me. Received a beautiful gift wrap to boot! I mentioned to her I was browsing for my Mom's 83rd birthday.
You never forget the way people make you feel and this sweet lady treated me like royalty! So thanks to the wonderful lady at Nordstrom Woodlands cosmetics area near the rear of the store.

They keep this place super clean I checked out the bathrooms and I was amazed I love this store

This is an amazing store. I love the surprise sales that I can catch there. The staff is friendly and helpful and the store setup is beautiful.

I like to talk about The wonderful stunning E-bar young people service, and delicious coffee what they serve. Is never place like this on the Houston and area.all my family and friends like enjoy it every week, and never go to another place. Congratulation for not only the flavor of the coffee also for the smiling, sweet young staff of the girls and boys.

We normally use their parking lot outside the store when we go to the mall since it seems to be the easiest for us to find parking when we do go. The store its self is nice and they have a good variety from what we have seen walking through.

Oh. My. God. Ok lemme say first of all, if I had the money to shop here this would be a place I'd shop. Lol That being said, they are very, very expensive. But the clothes are nice. And they have a bar and restaurant in the store. U can also buy glasses of wine to carry around in the store as u shop. How luxurious is that? Lol although they are 15 dollars a glass lol and the store is very modernly decorated and bright and has a certain elegance to it. The staff is nice too.

This location has good picks and I love the shoe department The ladies are very nice and patient!

Worth the drive from Houston. The Galleria has an attitude problem so I drive out to the Woodlands where its normal Nordstrom

I love this store. I love how everyone is so welcoming even on the day's I show up in basically PJs. I don't feel judged in this store especially for it being a more high end store. Always great styles and looks for the whole family. Also check out their coffee bar it's yummy.

This Nordstrom's is just not as nice as the one in the Galleria I was kind of disappointed I don't know if it's because they just don't put as much effort because it's the Woodlands

Awful service from both the attendants in the men’s department, service manager, and the general manager Heidi. Heidi went into defense when we addressed an issue about a return and they were very disrespectful towards my husband and me when we had a receipt to return the jeans. They were very unprofessional and we even complained to the corporate office about the service.

My business suits all come from here, this is one of my favorite stores to go to, I’ve been also bringing my business partner here to get suited and booted, love the location, love the fact that the measure you as well, great variety of clothes.

Nordstrom's is terrific! They are definitely high-end, but then you "get what you pay for".
I frequently shop the men's department and find all the newest cutting edge men's apparel.
The sales staff are very helpful and remember your first name from a previous visit. Wow! Great experience awaiting your shopping visit to Nordstrom's!

Nordstroms has the best return policy.period. It is one of the reasons I like shopping with them both in the stores and online. I bought a pair of flip flops that broke after about 6 months. I took them back to the store with my receipt and they replaced them no questions asked. I like the selection online better but it is worth it to prowl the store for sales.

Due to the fact it's Nordstorm, it's gets 3 stars. I added the forth star because this Nordstrom has a nice variety of clothing designers. The women's shoe department is super small. Lastly, if this Nordstorm was not so far out of the way, it would a 5 star. This is an awesome mall, there's so many stores and restaurants.one of the best malls in Houston.

Had some returns that I decided to return to store rather than mailing back. So easy! Went up to first register I saw & salesclerk made the returns in less than 3 minutes. With, a smile! Big plus.no waiting for credit to my account. If I’d mailed back, I’d have to wait 2weeks for credit. This is how I will return from here on in! Hint: make sure you bring paperwork with order number for fast service!

Terrible service and very rude! I can’t believe Nordstrom has become this low. No reason to pay extra to get terrible service.
