Nordstrom The Woodlands

I am reviewing the sales personnel at Nordstrom's, The Woodlands Mall. Since it's opening, I have had only exceptional assistance by every sales person in that store. Personnel in all the departments, women's, Top Shop, men's, shoes, makeup, purses, jewelry, intimate apparel, AND the restaurant, have all been courteous and have gone above and beyond in their assistance. I wish the store was larger, but it will always be my first go to because of the exceptional sales personnel.

The classiest, and most stylish in my opinion, of the department stores. Great customer service.

We had high hopes when we heard that a Nordstrom's was opening here. It was hoped it would be a Neiman Marcus but not even close. Not even a Nordstrum's like at the Galleria.

The selections in men's and ladies plain jane, not much different than the Macy's or Dillards. Not a single department stands out.

Brennan (Shoe Department) was very helpful through the whole process. She gave me her honest opinion which helped with my decision.

Love visiting The Woodlands store. Dianne Bashor was so helpful to me it made my shopping experience even nicer.

Staff is always friendly. Store is always clean. Good food and coffee. What else can you ask for?

Wanted to buy shoes here and the sales guy was rude and did not know how to properly fit a good pair of shoes. I have him a chance to see what he would do, and he failed. I was specifically shopping for a nice pair of Allen Edmonds shoes, which Nordstrom had a few pairs of, so I ended up going to the Allen Edmonds store nearby in the market square. In my opinion Nordstrom is not providing a good value proposition in how the try to sell men's shoes.

Not sure which Nordstrom denied the woman with a prosthetic leg access to the handicap dressing room claiming that it was for women with strollers but that's pathetic. As a Grandfather I can attest that pregnancy is NOT a desease and motherhood is not a handycap.

I am posting to this stores review as I don't know where else to post.

While shopping today, I had a personal problem. Associate, Lexus, who had already proven to be an expert in her area of fashion, helped me. She was professional, kind and handled everything with efficiency and aplomb. I could not have asked for any better assistance!
