Dr. Presas is awesome. He asks the right questions to find the right solution. He is very patient and makes sure all your questions are answered. I will definitely go back when the time is right.

Lied about taking insurance then charged me ~$400 for bogus xrays when I already had an MRI for them to look at. Felt like the entire process was incredibly deceptive and shady. Didn’t go to my follow up appt bc it would’ve been a waste of my time for them to try and con me into charging me thousands of dollars based on other’s experiences.

Unfortunately no one explained to me that they do not process or take insurance. So, I have the initial visit, the Doc says he is going to take some X-rays. All this time I am unassuming they will file it with my Insurance. I go to check out and I get hit for 700.00 for 3 X-rays! I can see this being an expensive ordeal with no guarantee. Hopefully I can get my X-rays since I already paid for them.

Told me by phone that they take insurance but when I got there and paid they told me that they didn’t and my money wasn’t refundable. Total rip off unless you want to drop $6k

I just wanted to let you know that I am still doing great and feel like my old self. Thank you so much for helping me through my issues and such a terrible point in my life. Its great to feel "normal" again.

Dr. Presas and this Nuca procedure was simply amazing. If I had not seen it for myself, I would have not believed it. Dr. Presas was thorough in his x-rays and examination and while it took some time, He fixed a lower back, hip alignment issue what was not fixed by physical therapy, steroid shots, or regular Chiropractic adjustments. Thank you, Dr. Presas!

They can be clear that they do not accept most major insurances at all. This should be the prime information disseminated to us right at the beginning of the appointment.
Doesn’t have to keep it so shady.
Competitive facilities go through our insurance benefits proactively.
I had to pay $375 out-of-pocket with a BCBS PPO+ plan! That’s surprising and Hurtful.

Dr. Presas is Good. No complaints there.

I highly recommend Dr. Presas. He utilizes NUCCA therapy to adjust C1 and C2, which have to be in alignment in order for the rest of the spine to be in alignment. These two vertebrae are the only two in the spine that are not protected by a disc and must be treated by someone with extensive training so that further damage is not caused. Go see Dr. Presas for this treatment, you will be happy you did!

The Doctor was very knowledgeable explaining things step by step, very clean place, friendly staff. Looking forward to get better. I had a very high impression my first day.

I came into the North Dallas Spine Center to correct the issues with my neck and spine. After just seeing Dr. Presas I am already feeling the difference. After one Nucca treatment and one decompression I can say I’m starting to stand straighter and with less pain. I can’t wait to see how the next 19 treatments make me feel.

I have a couple of friends/family who are patients and they love NDSC and Dr. Presas. I had my initial consultation recently and started feeling better already and all I had were x-rays)! I'm looking forward to the treatments and feel confident I'll be 100% before long.

I have been receiving treatment from the Dallas Spine Center. The results are outstanding. The staff are warm and friendly and like the doctor pay attention to every need. The Doctor represent one who cares for his patients, displays a warm and personable approach.

After going through more pain than I care to revisit and explain and receiving injections that didn’t work my doctor said I would need surgery. I was told from a friend to look up NUCCA and I found Doctor Perez. I was a little skeptical and almost 10 pounds heavier from my left to right side but I went with it. Dr Perez was the first person to really explain what was going on with my spine starting with the atlas which supports my head. After my first visit I was starting to have more motion and less pain and after a few more visits I was pain free and correcting my spine. I know it sounds cliche but they truly saved my life and helped me get back on track without drugs and pain! I highly recommend this to anyone who truly wants to heal and get their life back.oh and the staff is so friendly and sweet! Thank you guys!

The first thing I did when I moved to the Dallas area was to search for an NUCCA chiropractor because I'm a believer! I was able to pick up right where I left off with my previous provider and life is good! Great office, great staff.

Dr is very professional and knowledgeable in understanding patients problem. Dr communicate well and straight to the point in how to address the problem. Dr provides you clear guidelines to follow during entire treatment process. Dr helped my mother twice with her sciatica pain both left and right side of the body using Nuka and compression table along with the excellent professional staff.

Staff is very nice, and very flexible with your appointment schedule. They do understand that we all are humans and we have our commitment for the day. Staff helpful in setting up appointment and flexible enough to move appointment during same day.

Overall we are satisfied with the professional service Dr and his staff provided. I will recommend to have a visit before you go to any complex procedures or adjustments through surgery, you may thank god later.
