I have found life changing relief at North Dallas Spine Center. Dr. Presas uses the NUCCA procedure. That has helped where nothing else has helped. I have healing that has helped me to avoid multiple surgeries.

Please do not hesitate to visit North Dallas Spine Center and Dr. Presas. Dr. Presas was able to help me with three different issues that I had going on, after regular therapy failed and maybe even made one of my conditions worse. I spent so much money going from Dr.to Dr.and paying for different tests. I wish I had gone straight to Dr. Presas first. I drove 55 minutes each way to see Dr. Presas two times a week and it was worth it! Dr. Presas is a very kind and caring professional. He gave me back my life. I will always, always be grateful to him.

I do not know where to begin. The staff is friendly and always ready to answer any of my questions. The appointments are easy to schedule ALL THANKS TO THE LOVELY LADIES IN RECEPTION. Dr. Presas has been amazing! No other DR could help me diagnose me. However, Dr. Presas provided me with an answer to my pain.

I knew that I needed spinal decompression (I was the classic case), I had been to a previous doctor who was just too far away. I did my homework so I knew that this center had the exact machine that I needed for my treatment. I called ahead to find out prices, so not to waste their time or mine. After a callback, I was told that it would be a set "package" amount which seemed to be a good competitive rate. BUT when I actually got all the way through to the appointment the doctor told me that the cost was actually TRIPLE what I was quoted over the phone. TALK ABOUT A BATE AND SWITCH. WHAT A SCAM. Yes, they are nice and reel you in.but APEX Physical Medicine is who I ultimately went with to get the SAME TREATMENT (a THIRD of these guys prices!)

This office is amazing! The staff and doctor are friendly and professional, and they make sure you are comfortable and educated every step pf the way. I highly recommend Dr. Presas.

Wonderful innovative work for non-invasive procedures for the spine. Wish we had more places like this!
