I was very impressed with this property management company. Gregory Grant helped me find a nice place in a comfortable area within one week of relocating to the Fort Worth area. Mr. Grant was very kind, patient and diligent throughout the process of us working together. Would highly recommend when seeking your new home!

Jonneetra Walker has helped me sell two houses, one in 2020 and the other this year. She knows what to do to get your house ready for sale and take beautiful pictures to help you get the highest sale price. She is currently doing a phenomenal job of managing 2 of my other residential properties also. Jonneetra has been fabulous to work! Can’t recommend high enough.

I can't say enough good things about Neetra Walker at Northpoint Asset Management. As my property manager, Ms. Walker has been absolutely phenomenal. She is extremely responsive to any issues that come up and always gets them resolved quickly and efficiently. Ms. Walker truly cares about my property as if it were her own. Her attention to detail and stellar tenant relations have maximized occupancy and rental income. I couldn't ask for a better property manager! Five stars for Ms. Walker!

Benjamin Hales has been my landlord I have consistently experienced the best residential support services with north point Property Management. The staff are friendly and helpful… Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Whether it was servicing the plumbing or electricity, etc. Maintenance is always quick and thorough ensured that I have an optimal living environment. I intend to continue renting from Northpoint, and I strongly recommend their properties to all looking for housing. In some ways, your property management company can make or break your living experience and with Northpoint, it’s always great with the service and response time. I couldn’t be happier!

I've been living at the Destination Apartments for a few years, and I have to say, the change in management has been a game-changer! The new management team has been doing A LOT to improve and maintain the property.

Allison, in particular, has been incredibly responsive and professional. Whenever I've had an issue or a request, she's right on top of it, ensuring that everything gets taken care of promptly and efficiently. Her dedication to resident satisfaction is truly commendable.

Under the new management's guidance, the property has undergone a remarkable transformation. The landscaping is now well-maintained, common areas are clean and inviting, and there's a renewed sense of community among the residents. The updates and improvements to the apartments themselves are also very noticeable, making this a truly comfortable and enjoyable place to live.

I'm thrilled with the positive changes I've seen at the Destination Apartments under the new management. If you're looking for a great place to live with a responsive team that genuinely cares, look no further. I highly recommend Destination Apartments – you won't be disappointed!

The worst customer service. I have been waiting for months for response to emails, messages, service calls etc. We were required to add a monthly service charge that provides filters, and we have been here 7months and still have not received anything. I’ve asked so many times I’ve given up. Use someone else.

I tried to resolve this for months, with the property management agent, the office staff, the manager and no resolve. I ended up moving out after fulfilling the one year lease, it was the worst from beginning to the end. Even after moving out, we were charged, so really we just gave up trying to resolve these issues.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had with a business. They found a tenant for the house & collected rent for a year seemingly without a problem. However the end of the tenant’s lease was handled so poorly that we ended up paying thousands to get the house in good enough shape to be sold & the company was completely unconcerned about it. I had to make multiple calls just to get someone to talk to me about not receiving the final month’s rent even though we were paying them a percentage of the monthly rent to keep track of payments on our behalf. Then I had to notify the company that neighbors had alerted me that the tenant had a moving truck at the house & appeared to be moving out without having paid the final rent. Their response was that we still had the tenant’s security deposit so that should be enough to make up the final month’s rent. Unfortunately they also failed to collect keys & garage remotes from the tenant, had the locks in the house drilled out by a locksmith without prior approval then deducted the cost of the locksmith & of the replacement remotes from the security deposit before releasing the deposit to us. In addition, the damage to the house & landscaping cost over $20k just to get it looking good enough to put on the market. Again, the cost could have been avoided if they had done their job & periodically checked the condition of the property as they were paid to do. Never trust your property to this company unless you want to lose money. They are impossible to reach via phone, text or email & have no sense of urgency when dealing with clients.

Called as requested by owner on 9/06 & had to leave a message as usual because no one in the company ever answers their phone. Ten days later, still no response. Typical! My review remains at one star.

I would give negative stars if possible. I rented from them beginning in November 2022. By January 1,2023, the plumbing went out (rusted out iron pipes). They sent unlicensed plumbers to fix it, who hit a gas line, cleared out for the day, and told no one including Atmos or city utility. After I informed Atmos and Northpoint of the gas leak cause by the plumbers, and after new plumbers fixed the gas line, the city informed us they could not turn the gas back on because whoever renovated the house vented a gas exhaust pipe INTO THE ATTIC. No permits were obtained for the extensive renovation. I lived in a time bomb for three months. They never fixed the plumbing while I lived there.

After one month with no plumbing, no gas, no hot water, and an ever-present hole in the middle of my ONE bathroom, Northpoint agreed to terminate my lease. I moved out in February 2023.

However, and boy is this a kicker, they’ve been illegally reporting me and the other tenant to all credit bureaus since my departure. They never reported anything while I actually lived there.

I’m astonished at Northpoint’s continued efforts to get me to file a lawsuit.

I live in miranda drive Fort Worth right now yall manage this house. I haven’t had air condition in 3 days today. I tried calling you no one answered. I tried leaving voice mail, ur mailbox was full. Now that i finally reached out yall. The wait time to fix ac is another 2 days.
And you call yourself an asset management company, wowww
I called an independent ac company and they wouldn’t fix it until they permission from yall.

Edited again still no AC. I am just speechless

When I get to finally talk to someone they are nice. It’s middle of June air conditioner went out at our place. Called a couple different numbers spoke to no one. Did a service request on the portal. Temperature in house reached to 91. Finally called again and got a hold of someone, they did send someone out the next day. They could not repair the air conditioner and haven’t heard back from anyone. It went out on Thursday, this is Monday afternoon, I left another message this morning, still no response.

Update, they did call back, they bought a window unit for temporary till the ac gets fixed. Like I said previously they are really nice. They thought the ac company was talking to me.
