Stay away from this company by any means! Terrible communication from the start of my lease to the end. I was locked out my 3rd day in the home, the locks on the door were defective and the property manager at the time Lacey Ferguson didn’t notify me where they put the garage door opener. I complained so much that they eventually gave me Allison Dubberly to replace her and she was even worse. I would call, text, email, even write in the online portal and never got ANY replies. It took weeks/months for any type of maintenance request to be done. Two months before my lease was up I started to receive emails from a new management company telling me to sign up and register, come to find out they were my new landlords. Never got any heads up from NorthPoint whatsoever, still to this day have not heard anything from them. Now that my lease is up, I’m in contact with the new company inquiring about my security deposit and they don’t seem to know much. Northpoint is the the worst company known to mankind…BEWARE!
