Claimed I had sleep apnea due weight. They didn’t even weigh me or check height. They go off an online calculator to check BMI not taking inconsideration lean body mass. So I took the sleep study and even got their clearance letter signed, but still only cleared me for 3 months which my employer requires at least the year. The doctor does not care if he screws up your life!

My experience was the greatest in medical needs. I recommend cinceramente muy feliz con el resultado y la experiencia!

Had to get a respirator fit test done for work. With the COVID going on was a little unsure how this was gonna go. My job got me a new mask to use and the test was much easier than before. Great customer service. The staff were super friendly. Was out quick. Thanks to all.

Medical personnel very respectful to their clients, every time I want to take a D. O. T. PHYSICAL or DRUG TEST, this is the place to come.

They are my GoTo clinic for getting my DOT physical, no appointment, in and out just over a hour.
I highly recommended them.

I believe that the doctor there doesnt care if he is taking money out of your pocket to pay bills or put a roof over your family's head and food off the table. When doctors start listening to people instead of what some book or computer says then maybe they will know what having a heart really mean

Great service! Went during my lunch break and they didn’t take long to see me. I was out in less that 20 minutes.

In my own opinion I will not go to this doctors office ever again. Doctor to rude and trys to insult you before your blood pressure check. I know im just 15 pounds overweight he gave me my med card for three months. Just to make you pay for it again in three months.

They made it a good quick experience, the only thing that bothered me was that the nurse that was helping didn’t know what she was doing.

Very nice clean facility friendly staff my wife went in for a physical was helped by tech Imelda and front all her questions were answered. Doctor Ruiz was very fast and was able to explain all her questions. I would recommend this facility to anybody. Team was very professional.

My husband has his DOT physical done here and the staff was amazing, he stated that the tech Imelda was the one that assisted him and was able to help with all the questions he had. I was in the lobby through the whole process and was able to notice that this clinic was very busy, but the front office staff was very fast, efficient, and would let patients know they would be helped in a timely manner. Awesome job! Thank you for helping my husband get on the road again.:)

Better than I expected from what I read online. The facility was spotless, high quality, and procedures were very to the point. I got what I needed, and done in a professional manner. Waiting time was a little long, but people need to expect to be patient when going to any medical treatment center.

Ignore the bad reviews. Most of the time people come on here only because they had a bad experience or made a big deal out of a small thing that they couldn’t just handle.

Fast and friendly service! Doctor even answered all my questions which were not part of my physical. Also got recommendations about my health awesome!

Thank you for a wonderful and very professional service. All the staff were very friendly and courteous, especiallythe one the xray tech who helped me,? Juneth? She was a wonderful person. They also worked very fast. I waited 5 minutes before I was called in to have the xray done. And everything done in less than 5 minutes. I highly recommend this place.

The wait time was horrible even though there wasn’t a lot of patients and most of them were for therapy

The team at NOVA was really nice and efficient but waiting time was very lenghty - spent about 1.5 hours waiting. Not sure if they were short staffed or simply need more people to handle the flow.

Extremely long wait time due to mismanagement of employees. Be prepared to wait 2+ hours for simple testing.

Very good place for preemployment testing fast and very professional employees. Would definitely recommend this place.

Took 2 hours and a half waited close to an hour till someone would see me for the lift push pull exam hope I don't have to return
