The staff was efficient and courteous. The only thing I found upsetting was there is no sink in restroom so when you fill your specimen you have to wait to wash your hands until you're out of "toilet room. " I found that to be unsanitary. Other than that I found this establishment clean. I did wait for about 2 to 3 hours but I was prepared for the wait.

The Staff were very friendly with the customers. Very clean waiting room and office. Great job.

Two of us showed up for pre employment physicals. We each waited about one hour and a half to be called in. One of us was out of there about half an hour after being called in (two hours total). The other was forgotten in an exam room. She came out after an hour in the exam room to ask them what was going on, and they were dismissive, would not make eye contact, and didn't do much other than shrug their shoulders and tell her to go back in the room. The exam room she waited in had a used wound/laceration kit from the previous patient. The room I was examined smelled like filth. Appointment of not, it made no sense why she would wait so much longer than I did. It was clear they forgot about her. The staff was incredibly unprofessional, and i'm betting that they broke at least one health code violation leaving used medical equipment near different patients. We work different contracts throughout the year and always need a new physical with every contract. Needless to say, we won't be coming back here.

Went in for a pre employment drug test. Was told to fill out some basic paperwork and wait in the lobby. I waited 10 mins until I was called. Was serviced by a friendly and outgoing gentleman. Completed the test and was out. The whole process took about 45 mins.

I did notice it got full when I was heading out. This was about 230. So the earlier one goes, the better.

They take forever to get you in because of high volume of people coming in for drug tests and work injuries. Staff does not communicate well with each other always pay attention because u will get skipped. The girls in the front are what hold that place together.

Long waiting time just for a drug test waited 3 hours I hope I don't have to go to this place again

First of all these MF's won't take cash at all. Must have debit or credit card. Plus on a DOT Physical, if your urine shows any sugar at all, you must go to another clinic and do three AIC test three days in a row and then have them faxed back to these Suns a beaches before they will proceed in giving you a valid result. Plus even more BS, but whatever you do, don't waste your time trying to get a DOT Physical done here. Plus you'll be out of $93.00 for nothing.

I waited no more than 30 min for a pre employment drug screening. The waiting area was pretty clean, however no bathroom in the waiting area. Staff was courteous.

The older receptionist at the front desk was very rude. She didn't want to listen to what I had to say. She said that there was a 3 to 5 hr wait. I was just there to get a paper signed by the doctor, because I had already done my physical and he needed a paper from my personal doctor. She told me to get in line behind all the patients and wait. The doctor told me different, he said I didn't have to wait in line, but she didn't want to hear that.
"VERY DISAPPOINTED" with this place.
