NTB-National Tire & Battery, Forney TX

I paid over $400 to have my front rotors and brakes replaced. I started hearing knocking and rubbing on the passenger side Tire. I took my car back up to the shop and they acted like they really didn't want to help me or figure out what the problem was. After finally getting someone to take a look at my vehicle I was told that something was rubbing my passenger side rotor and they try to blame it on the brake pads. However after they checked it, the noise and rubbing got worse. When I got home I noticed that the brake caliber shakes back and forth when I turn the steering wheel which causes the caliber to rub against my rotor. I did not have this problem before having my rotor and brakes changed at this shop.

I had called early one Saturday morning to confirm if I could drop off my vehicle for an oil change. They answered there were a few vehicles already being worked on, with a few appointments already set for later, but if I were to drop it off sooner than later they would definitely have it ready by end of day. I was there within 30 minutes and the first thing they said, "They were busy. I would need to bring it back tomorrow. "

As I thanked them for wasting my time, I thought; if they were making appointments, why did he not make me one instead of gambling my time? But, I was able to drop it off at Jiffy Lube and picked it up an hour afterward.

Absolutely terrible customer service would not honor my warranty for the services provided that they messed up on brake being number one they didn't tighten my caliper bracket up and destroyed my rim caliper tire and almost caused an accident completely unacceptable still no word from them on how they are going to handle the situation

Told me over the phone it would take them about 15 minutes. Got there and the italian fellow at the front desk was very aggressive and told me it would be a few HOURS. They do not have their ducks in a row and I would not recommend them at all.

These gentlemen were wonderful. We had a blow out on our trailer while traveling to garland. This was the closest tire shop. They appologized that it may take awhile due to saturdays being very busy. We were fine with the wait. Next thing i notice is a few other employees showed up and 45 minutes later we were on the road again. Very friendly and very professional crew of employees.

My car battery died outside a store in Plano. Auto Rescue jumped it and recommended NTB in Forney for a replacement battery. Luis and Mike waited for me. I got there right at closing and they stayed late to install the new battery. They could have closed on time and made me late for work the next day but they didn't! Great customer service!

Very friendly and helpful, I'll definitely continue to give this Forney location my business in the future.

This is a great shop. The service managers are hit or miss but, don't let that deter you. At the end of the day, they do great work.

Got there 25min before closing on a Saturday with a nail in my tire. They took care of it free of charge. Thanks for taking care of me NTB!

Just want to give a shout out to my friends at NTB in Forney. Very friendly and professional group that provides excellent service and customer care. Had a flat repaired and they were expedient and had the hob done as promised with no hassle. Great job guys, check them out with confidence for any of your service needs.

Went to Forney location last week to get my tire checked out it just happen to have a slow leak I left my car there got a call stating my car ready I picked up free of charge to repair it. The guy that help me was tall with blond hair He was very nice and helpful. I am a happy customer.

I went in for tires and shocks for my truck. I knew that I needed brakes very soon, but was going to wait and have them replaced somewhere less expensive. They gave me such a good price that I had them do it. They were done very quickly, and I got a great deal on everything. I will definitely keep using their service.

Mario has excellent customer service skills. He knew the tire game from beginning to end. I was very satisfied with my visit and my Challenger is back running smooth! Mario also taught me how to take care of my tires better! Come see Mario at the Forney NTB.

I went to every tire shop in town looking for help with my mess of a tire. Turned away with no advice from every shop stressed to the max when i gave in and went to the big company. They helped me with a smile! Didnt even charger me. Made sure i knew what i needed and gave me the temp fix i needed. They are just wonderful. I will be back every time.

Luis V saved my life today! I hit some debris on the way home. I knew in my gut that something was wrong. Luis and his team investigated and did everything they could to help me replace my tire. They even stayed after hours (and let me start watching the Bachelor on TV while I waited). I am beyond thankful for the service I received. Best ever!

Can't suggest any improvements. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and I was completely satisfied with the product and service. I do not generally give reviews, but this is warranted. Keep up the good work.

It seems to depend who you talk to but sometimes I get mediocre service and sometimes fantastic service. All in all they seem trust worthy though so I will continue to go.

They took my flat tire and changed it within 30 minutes after I walked in with no appointment. Best service I ever received from a automotive shop.

Very good service went in for a last minute tire repair and was taken care of with out any issues. I recommend this store.
