26We had a blowout on our camper on a Sunday and they were fabulous! All the staff and Techs were great! Thank you for helping us get back on the road!
I went in late on a Friday, with a screw in my tire. They only had one tech at the time so the guy at the front filled my tire up and told me to come back in the morning to get it fixed. The next morning I came back they fixed it quickly and didn’t charge me anything. Great service!
They tried to squeeze me into a late walk-in window for an alignment. The service manager himself made a sticky note and stuck it on the computer to make sure to call me as I work close by and the wait was about 90 minutes. Unfortunately he couldn't fit me into the small window of time, but when I came in the next morning I found the same sticky on his computer right up front. Between that and the 1 hour service time to get in and out, I'm rating 5 stars for service and support.
Plain and simple good customer service! Also friendly and knowledgeable managagemnet and techs. The people care about what your vehicle needs are and how to resolve any issue that comes up.
Took a long time, like 3 hours but it got done. Last time we went had bought new tires, a few weeks later had noise in the front end, thought it was brakes or something, noise would not happen all the time. So went to take tire off and all the lug nuts as loose. Someone forgotten to tighten the wheel, luckily found before something majorly happened. Other than that its always been good service.
Took my truck in for front end alinement at 6: 00 and they did it with no problem. One hour before closing a lot of places wouldn't have done it. Great Job
