Great experience here despite NTB corporate being awful. Alex & Elijah were polite and professional and got everything squared away with no issues. If all NTB's had front of house staff like this one, I'd be way more likely to become a regular.

Really disappointed today! I went in looking for 2 new tires and an alignment. While there I inquired about a bulb change for my headlight. Spoke with Elijah he seemed helpful. I explained to Elijah that it could possibly be a short in wiring as the bulb has worked and not worked a couple of times. No problem we will check it out. If it's just the bulb we can replace it no problem. I did tell Elijah that I had a bulb in the car as earlier I had purchased 2 for $35 from an auto parts store. If we have to run a test at the $150 listed on quote. Ok I said let's hope it's just the bulb. You will just have to pay labor. What he failed to mention was that labor would cost more than the test itself. I was charged for an hour and a half of labor on a single bulb they had delivered. Of course it's a special bulb you just can't use any bulb. Well I've turned my lights on. And it projects exactly like the 1 I had previously purchased 2 for $35. As that 1 I just had replaced and it took the guy maximum 20 min. To change. Seems to me that someone is getting paid for time not spent working on actual issue. And to top it off when I looked on line the average cost of changing this bulb is $60-$70 at surrounding businesses. I've been taking my car there since I first purchased it 2 years ago. I just don't know that I can return.

Best service I've had at an NTB yet. James made the process easy I was in and out in no time and will make it to my car show.

They were able to help me. I had a nail stuck in my tire and they could not repair it! However they did send me the Big d tire and they did it within less than a minute. Thank you big d tire

A well-staffed location. I was promptly waited on upon walking in the door. The tire was repaired promptly and for a reasonable price.

Every time I do oil change the oil filter starts to drip oil.i keep telling them to tight it. But they don't i come home and tight it my self. Thats why I got to Walmart $16.99 oil change never issues.

Twice these awesome people have helped me out in the past year! Awesome work and great customer service and seem to genuinely care.

The guys up here are literally the nicest and most hard-working I have seen at any of their locations. I had an issue covered under warranty, and the gentleman that help me even let me know that sometimes the warranty company takes a long time to get things settled. With his diligence, and customer-focused attention to my satisfaction; he was able to get me in and out in under 30 minutes. Great location! I will do business with them again.

Need to replace an Interstate battery, which they are a authorized seller for. They told me I would get less from my warranty claim thru them versus find an actual Interstate battery store. Didn't sound right to me, but maybe it is.

THE WORST SERVICE IV EVER BEEN TOO! DO NOT GO HERE I BEG YOU! I HAD A APPOINTMENT FOR 10: 30AM SAT THERE FOR 2 HOURS AND WATCHED PEOPLE GET THERE AFTER ME GET THERE VEHICLES WORKED ON WHILE MINE STILL SAT IN THE PARKING LOT. ABSOLUTELY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. PLEASE DO NOT GO

These people are great. I you get tire Hastert the will to state tires, add air, take out nails, etc.they are a great place to get your tires

Tire noise. Tire was cupped. Since had lots of tread left, they said it's safe to continue keeping it. Ok!

This is the best NTB I have ever been to. They were able to show me exactly what was wrong with my car and they didn't try to upsell me on anything.

Our thanks to the very helpful team (especially Casey!) who helped our family with our "Help! Our battery just died! " situation this (hot) afternoon. Casey went well out of her way to help us, making friends and continued customers with our family! Thank you again!
