I pulled up with a flat tire & one of the men immediately came to help me. He put air in it & let me know that there was a plug in it! I just bought this tire yesterday from a place near my home! I’m thankful they were able to help me so I can head to this other tire shop & give them a piece of my mind

I went to have new rear brakes, one mechanic messed up with my air system without telling me, they were going to charge me 789$ just to have new brakes, the labor cost too expensive, and the replacement parts rocket launched.

If zero stars were an option, they would get that. Waited over 3 hours for a patch, which they never put on and said they did. Low tire pressure light still on when they returned the car to us.

Excellent service for 2 tires on my car. Alex went the extra mile to get the tires I needed. Service was fast and painless. I had a negative experiences with a different NTB location and always went to Discount Tire as a result, but I think this NTB will be my go-to from here on out. (Fingers Crossed)

Called, waited on phone for 5 mins to find out if they had ANY tire of a specific brand. Never came back. No time for it.

Called in for an oil change and the guy said they would have me out in no time. 2.5 hours later for an oil change! Literally saw my car sit along with all the mechanics that work here. The guy next to me waited over an hour to patch a tire.

1 HOUR AND 45 MINUTES just remember that. I called earlier today to schedule and appointment so I didn’t have to wait an exorbitant amount of time like I did when I originally bought my tires from them. So I get my car to the shop at 2: 30 pm for my set appointment to have one tire replace and have my tires rotated. My car proceeds to sit where I parked it for another thirty minutes, mind you that there are two or three other customers in the building with their cars being worked on and they have over four guys working in the shop. Finally they pull my car into the shop and it proceeds to sit there so I stand next to the desk, I’m asked multiple times if I need help to which I respond I have meetings to go to and just need my car. ”Okay they are fitting the tire now and you should be on your way shortly. ” This took one hour and fifteen minutes until my car was ready, meanwhile multiple tire/oil change workers (I will not disgrace mechanics by calling their employees that) are walking by with nothing to do. If you respect your time or have any other option, please choose somewhere else to spend your hard earned money.

Had a super crazy request from them: replace the tires on my husband's car without calling him, and within a certain time for a birthday surprise. They replaced the tires, and found other issues, which they showed me (CV joint and struts) - and they were STILL able to get it all fixed so I could get his car back to his parking space before he got out of work.
