NTB-National Tire & Battery, Houston TX

Helped me out in a jam with a flat tire on a Friday night 20 minutes before closing. I am very grateful for the quick service and the customer service experience.

I have gone here a few times to have work done on my car. The prices seem fair and the staff are professional. They have my info in their system, so staying with them has made it easy to keep track of the work that has been done on the car. I knocked a star because the location isn't great. If you drop off your car, you will likely wait a few hours for it to be done. There is no easy way to go somewhere to shop or eat in the meanwhile. You will probably need someone to drive you home (and back) or you wait in the shop.

Fast, affordable, and quality of servuce all together. They're available on Sundays, which is great!

Brought my BMW 328i here to have the alignment re-done when the location in Cypress failed to properly align it. I had to wait over 1 hour (even though I had made an appointment) for my car to be brought into the shop. Once they completed the alignment, I drove out and the car was pulling much stronger, but in the opposite direction than it was prior to the alignment. I turned around, went back to the store, and told them it was wrong and needed another go on the lift.

They did it again and when I drove out, it was still pulling. However, this time it was back to the original direction it was pulling to before I the first alignment here. When I went back, they told me it was tire-related and they rotated the tires. Still had the same problem.

Stay away from NTB for alignments on German cars. Not sure if the suspension requires such fine-tuning that it cant be accomplished here or that the people at the location are simply incompetent. For a good alignment on a BMW, go to SW Alignment and they'll take great care of you and everything will be straight as an arrow.

They definitely charge more then any other place in my area but we are also the only shop open on a Sunday when I had available time so I do appreciate that. The staff was very courteous and took the time to answer all of my questions and gave genuine advice customer service has always been great at this location every time I've been. I just wish they'd modify their prices

Very bad customer service at this center 11100 Katy Fwy, Houston, TX 77043. The manger Sean Lopez himself (he said he is the manager at this store) is a very bad communicator.

I went there on Jan 14 2018 for my dead interstate 6 years warranty battery which is less than 6 months old. Waited forever to get my car tested.

After about 30 mins of wait, another SUV pulled over with dead battery after me without appointment. The same situation as mine. The surprise I had is that the technician tested, replaced battery for her car and finished her SUV first instead of my pilot first. First come first serve is no where to be found. I asked why my pilot is not done first. Sean Lopez said they are side by side and they are going to be done at the same time. That's not the case. I waited another 10 more minutes after the lady's SUV.

I requested him to give me the regional manager contact so that I could talk to about this problem. I have not called the regional manager yet so far, but I will.

He did not seem to realize he made a mistake.never said sorry or apologize. Otherwise, I would not write this review.

After my car was done, I opened the engine hook and check if the correct battery was installed. Sure, here it another mistake he created. I bought interstate 6 years warranty battery (Black color) July 2017. Because of less than one year, it needs to replace with the same type of battery.

He replaced with 5 year warranty battery (green color) instead of 6 years one. I had to get back in and asked to be refunded the difference in cost. It's about almost $20.00.

What a nightmare! Simple job can not be performed correctly at this NTB center.

The guys there really worked with me. I was in and out inn15 mins. Ask for Sean Paul, he'll help you.

Long wait. They are very helpful. If I would have known that the wait was that long I would've dropped it off and come back later.

Didn't accept $19.99 oil change coupon I pay $24.99. Didn't top off windshield fluid, it was empty

Rude service associate. I was in a grind to buy a battery, and he just dumped whatever overpriced junk he had on me. He was not transparent in the pricing and did not tell me I was being charged 60$ for battery installation fee (something I could have done myself or automotive parts do for free). I can't believe I paid 210$ for such horrible service/part. Won't come back.

Because of Clayton, the excellent mechanic/service person who installed my tire, I will always come to this store. He really cared about me asa customer and took time to explain everything Thank you, awesome Clayton!

Just want to THANK Demarco for all his help. Was having a bad day but he was able to put a smile on my face. A very little nail stuck in my tire, went to NTB for lunch.made it back on time! YOU GUYS ROCK

Service was terribly slow compared to my experiences with other locations. Usually I'm in and out in an hour and a half for an oil change when I make an appointment and this one took closer to 3. Also was it greeted by an employee when I came. Love NTB, but this was disappointing.

Great Location off I-10 pass Wilcrest opens at 8 but get there early. This visit was for a balance but NTB has tires and more. Excellent Customer Service!

Great service. Walked me clearly through what was require and what might be required in the future. No pressure.

Ryan was awesome and did a fantastic job. He gave me his recommendation for a set of tires and I'm very pleased with the purchase. Also, they ran into snags along the way but kept me informed of each one so that we could determine the best route to fix the issues. Great Customer Service!

This place would be nice if the customer service was better. Was refused service 25 minutes before closing time and only needed a spare changed. HORRIBLE.

Here visiting and our rental car experienced a flat the night before. Went here the next morning: they plugged the tire, pulled the spare off, put it back and made sure the tire was good to go. The gentleman gave me my keys and told me I was all set. I was stunned, in the dying art of customer service which can not be measured on a P&L always, my sincere thanks for his outstanding CS. I tipped him and told him to buy coffee or drinks and went on my way. Thank you again!

The folks here have customer service on point.my aunt had a flat on a Sunday, they changed it quick and were so kind during a almost stressful situation. Just awesome

NTB always give great customer service when I take my vehicle there. Manager was very helpful in helping me choose the right tire for my Tundra. Now riding in style!
