They don't maintain their self service printers here and there's a flat $2 fee for anything they print for you versus $. 12 a copy for self service. Additionally because they don't maintain their self service stations the lines are usually backed up.

I would like to thank Jody and Michelle for their excellent customer service here at office Depot in Tomball Texas. Jody was so helpful to help me with the printer because I was not familiar with it at all. Michelle was amazing! We cannot figure out how to print what I needed to print so I could print it and fax it and she diligently discovered we could do it through Adobe and I was able to print my documents sign them and fax them and they were very important. I just want to thank you so much you both for your excellent customer service. Keep up the good work girls! You rock

I went to use the self service printer. Works great. However I needed to print a return label from an amazon email which has a pushlink in the email to get to the label. After a long wait (bc they were a bit busy) it was sorted out and handled with above and beyond help from a wonderful woman named Malinda. Thanks so much

Office depot is the next radio shack. I went here thinking maybe ill get a deal. I never go to office depot. All I needed was a mini dp to hdmi adapter. They wanted $35 for it plus tax. It can be ordered on amazon as cheap as $5, and to make it worse, I just went up the road to walmart and bought one of the same quality, no office depots wasnt gold plated, and it only cost me $10.

Rating Office Depot 1 star because 0 is not an option. I’ve had the WORST experience. I ordered a printer on a Monday and it was supposed to arrive Wednesday/ Thursday. When I checked the tracking information on Thursday it shows delivered so I called Office Depot and they informed me it was still on the truck but on its way. I call back on Friday to follow up and they inform me that someone at a different location had signed for my package. The manager Jennifer filed a report and reordered my printer so tell me why I call back on Monday and there’s no record of this second transaction. I was offered 20% off a third order however it would take another week to MAYBE arrive. It’s absolutely ridiculous that I had to track down my order. DO NOT ORDER from this location. They are not helpful whatsoever. You will be left high and dry.

I stood there an hour while the two girls behind the print desk tried to figure out how to print 10 jpegs on glossy paper. The more experienced employee was completely unapologetic and just said it's not going to work. I've done this at other office depots in less than 15 minutes, but this was embarrassingly unprofessional, not to mention a complete waste of my time as I walked out of there empty handed.

I called to see if the laminated machine was working. The little girl replied yes with an attitude and hung up.

So when I arrived, I saw two little girls standing there not doing NOTHING. As I approached the counter both of them were eagered to informed me that my things will not be done until 2 days since they are backed up.

It does not take 2 days to laminate anything. If your backed up then why are you just standing there? Why one of you not working and the other handling customers? Why are both you handling customers and just standing there?

Where is the manager? Its tunes of people out here that need jobs mann. Those two little girls are not it man. And this happened today at 5pm. They were just standing there talking. Lazy as hell.

I don't like giving bad reviews, but if you can shop somewhere else for office supplies whether it's Walmart or Target, then do it because this place is awful. And don't expect to be able to return something and have it go back to your credit card, if you return it they'll give you a card that you must spend at this store at a REDUCED PRICE! I returned something bought for $15 but they only gave me a $4 credit. Service is slow and not always very friendly.

The management here is very toxic and self centered. They only care about the numbers on paper, not about the customers or the people working below them. They’re ready to talk down to you if you say something they disagree with and it makes the entire environment of this store a headache. It’s also super creepy how they whisper into their little headsets about all the customers when they walk in. I’m not joking, watch them after they greet you. They talk into their microphone about what you look like and what they said to you, I guess for customer service or whatever, but I really don’t want a forty year old man heavily breathing into his headset about me, it makes me highly uncomfortable and skeeved our.

I was frantically trying to fill out some documents while I was already late for work and the staff helped me out and processed the rest of the emails for me so I could head out.really appreciated! People aren't that way anymore so it was nice to see them trying to go above and beyond to help!

Customer service is not the girl @ printer/photo are a. No enthusiasm to greet or even speak. Made my copies, charged me, left them on counter. I had to put everything together.

Don’t try to print here. The service is unbelievably terrible. They lost about $1,000 in business today for being so awful.

This store has the WORST customer service. They are always understaffed and they just don't seem to care. Wish there was somewhere else close. Avoid this store at all costs.it will ruin your day for sure.

They need to check their sales better. I got some air freshener and they said if you buy one you get the second one for half off and then they wouldn't let me have it like that so I don't know what their problem was. It was a door marked wrong or she didn't want to bother to find out if she was right or if I was right.

There used to be great service here whenever I needed a copy order done but recently they don’t complete what I ask for on time. I specifically called to make sure it would be done at a certain time and they reassured me that it absolutely would be. I show up there 30 minutes after I said I would need it and employees say it won’t be done for another two hours. At this point they have had the order I sent for 18 hours and have still not completed it. Very upsetting and has caused major dilemmas in my schedule.

I know associates hate when customers enter store minutes before closing, but today i knew what i needed. It was five minutes before closing and the associate told me i woulnt have time to make some business cards. I told her they are basic and needed them asap to be picked up tomorrow. She said its five minutes before they close and i wouldnt have time. Once i left, 8: 56pm it looked like they locked the doors. Wow, just wow!

Dealing with the people at this store has been so incredibly frustrating. I had sent a copy order the night before I needed something and asked to pick it up by noon. I was told that the order wouldn’t be ready in time but that I could pick it up by three. Although this was an inconvenience, I understood since it was a large order that it would take more time. However, when arriving at 3 I was informed that they had been “busy” and weren’t able to have my order done until five. I understand having busy days and having a lot going on, but I had given them plenty of notice and they did not complete the order even close to the time that I needed it. In addition, when I have made orders here in the past, the employees have been incredibly rude about fulfilling simple responsibilities. I wish I could say anything positive about the experience but frankly I am tired of poor customer service and a disregard for timeliness. This store will not be receiving my business again
