Office Depot, Tomball TX

Unwilling to email a file for me stating it was too large. Rolled her eyes and totally ignored me when I walked up in a completely empty store. Will never step foot in another Office Depot again! Wish I could give 0 stars

I ordered some laminating of some posters. I was told next day, but when I arrived @ 4pm, my posters had not been touched. So, I waited almost 2 hours later and was so disappointed. They laminated one poster but it looked horrible. I refused to let them work on the second poster fearing that they would damage it as well. I should have taken it to the kwik kopy. I will NEVER use them again3

The people who work here are what make the experience. Everytime I come here to ship something, this being the last, I find myself waiting in the first position of the line for 20 mins or more while two or more associates are doing much of nothing. They don't seem to care about my experience or my time. I can't speak about the retail experience but I wouldn't recommend coming here to ship.

Within a couple minutes there was an employee asking if I needed help finding anything. They had the printer ink that I needed and staff was friendly. Good experience.

I came In wanting a business logo printed on card stock to make Gift cards for said business. The girl was completely clueless and not helpful at all. She was not willing to get someone to help me either. I was going to spend lots of money on these cards. They have lost my business and I will never go back!

I have used them twice now for large print jobs for courses that I instruct. I will not be back. It isn't due to effort, it's due to quality control. The last straw for me was when my over $3000 order couldn't be applied to the office Depot account that talked me into opening. They said it couldn't be applied because they had already entered the invoice in the system. So they talked me into opening the account and only then told me that the 3000 invoice would be applicable.

Disappointed with the printing staff. Taking my business elsewhere for my marketing and for printing my Etsy designs.

Awesome. Was able to have a big job finished fast and was very helpful. A little pricey but the good customer service makes up for it!

I walked in and was able to find everything I needed except for one thing. One of the employees helped me find two items. He was very helpful.

Please update your purchasing counter effiency. The employees we're great but the systems are outdated.

Great sales on back to school items store was clean and well maintained. Plenty of parking and easy access from fm 2920 and Tomball parkway 249. Sales staff were very helpful and checking out was a breeze.

Very friendly staff, the girls at the copy desk are knowledgeable and quick at what they do! Great work!

After misplacing a whole bag of school supplies (not like a day or 2 ago - we are talking weeks ago) manager on duty Lesley worked her butt off to make sure that I could get my items replaced. She was a great help and very understanding! THANKS SO MUCH. CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS FINEST!

Super friendly staff! They should get recognize some how for this! If you have to do a lot of business with Office Depot I would suggest this specific store. Just super friendly and helpful and knowledgeable.

Usually plenty of helpful employees to grab if I have any questions. I always drive around the back way from 249 behind target and Lowe's to avoid all the foot traffic in front of the stores. Also they sell stamps.

Employees are generally very nice. My problem is with how out of date all their printing station procedures are. Office Depot is crazy frustrating if you have anything to print go anywhere else.
