23I have used this company three times to print simple copies of paper documents and EVERY TIME I have they can never find my order even after I’ve received email confirmation that they’re ready! I will never use them again!
ALWAYS Awful, Awful, Awful service, specially in Print department except Fernando and other Hispanic guy; all the other employees in this department their customer service is AWFUL, really AWFUL ALWAYS!
I know it’s been crazy with this whole COVID19 stuff. I get my print services done here for my business, and the second time took longer than usual about 8 days.but I went into the store and the supervisor Rickie Jones helped me so much. He made sure I was cared for right away and apologized. Thank you so much for all you do. I will continue to get my services done here.
Very poor customer service & bad management the stand in manager Jared Reanto needs a lot of work on his professionalism or better said lack there of. After speaking to corp head quarters i got a phone call from my employee that was at the store to exchange a phone that was defective in box, which i had purchased 2hr prior. My employee informed me that he would not exchange the phone and asked him "what you cant afford to buy a phone? "
Took some documents to be faxed. The technical clerk took the documents and fed them into the fax machine. I then walked over waiting for the receipt of the fax and female tech came over to the fax machine and asked the tech “did you load something into the machine” he then said yes. The female said why did you do that, there is another lady who was first. He then told her; the fax stores the documents and then transmits them when appropriate automatically, when it connects up. He also said you can feed multiple documents into it. Then he said don’t you know how this fax machine works. Well the female tech got upset and told the tech who helped me to go to the office. At that time the fax machine printed out my receipt. I asked the female who was standing at the fax if that was my receipt. She snapped; slammed down my receipt and said don’t know. So I asked loudly well who does, then another tech came over and helped me and checked me out.
So unprofessional.
Manuel and Josh were extremely kind and professional they answered all of our questions and were incredibly helpful with my print jobs. If you ever need help, be sure to ask for one of them!
Our office staff came in to buy new chairs, however not one associate came over to ask if we needed help. A few walked by but noone offered to help. I guess selling 16 new chairs would have been to much for them.
I was in here recently along with my co-workers and not a single associate helped us or offered to help. We weren't even greeted by the cashier who looked at us. We were planning on buying a total of 16 office chairs but I believe we will take our business elsewhere. This place sucks
Rickie assisted us with our purchase. Very friendly and knowledgeable. We bought a 3 drawer file cabinet, 2 reams of 20 lb paper, magnet clips, gel pens and thumb tacs. Great experience. Keep up the great work!
The store manager should be working in the back if she cannot be kind! Obviously she hates her job!

Store manager Tabitha is very rude! I have been coming here for years and there were always great and kind people. There are manners to say thing and to explain things. She was very rude!
The location is very convenient ; however, dishonesty, and lack of compassion left a bad taste in my mouth.
Very honest customer service, helpful and listen to your problem and direct you to likely cause of it and don't try to sell you something you don't need.
The perfect place for a hoarder. I can't enter without buying something. I have bought desks, office supplies, and electronics from this location and everything is holding up wonderfully. My grandmother loves talking to the friendly staff, I believe Vanessa is her favorite.
Jared was extremely professional and very helpful! He needs a raise for only being the one in service area taking care of all the customers all by himself!
Went in to send a fax for my father's funeral and the service was great, the only downside was I drove a distance to get there and they had no public restrooms.

Like seriously people I went to get some copies and send a fax they freaking charge me $35 for a fax like for real I would never go back to this place!
Tabitha the store manager did not want to exchange college ruled composition books for wide ones because I had bought them on sale. She said they were now a different price and I would have to pay the difference when college and wide are the same price. Being a Manager before, I know you can override to do an even exchange. Waste of time. Poor customer service.
