I would go through all the town just to come to this Office Max.the lady in printing and copying goes far and beyond to meet the customer's needs.i needed to scan "Unattended minors form" and email it to the Airline.she did everything for me.she made my day when i was so worried about my son flying by himself through half the world.

Very helpful staff. The employee in copying was very graceful and only charged me for B&W copies, though I accidentally made 2 color copies on the copiers. And the employee in printers and inks was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and spent a ton of time with me.

TABITHA AND JOSH, THE STORE MANAGERS, ARE HORRIBLE! THREE times I've been in here because of a mis-quote on a print job their store did. They fired the employee who mis-quoted but had EVERY INTENTION of making us pay for their employee's incompetence. Both of them argued with me on THREE occasions that we were quoted incorrectly but that we needed to pay regardless! We were quoted $200 LESS than what they charged us and all they could say was "sorry. "

TABITHA was rude, unprofessional and has absolutely no sense of how to respond to her customers. JOSH said he would call me back after one visit with an answer but never did, which is why it took THREE visits. TABITHA does not belong in her position. I have used this store for years now but would rather drive further just to avoid this place.

ELMI was the only store manager who could make a decision and make things right. He was decisive, easy to talk to and empathic. Too bad he has to work among other incompetent staff.
