Everyone was so nice. I love the fact that they come and talk to you and find out what you like.
I went in for a color and trim and they listened to me and what I wanted. I will be going back.

The ONLY thing I did not like is the vending machines, they were expensive and not many choices. Bring your snacks and drinks with you

Got a haircut and a facial. Loved them both. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I, will go back.

Just got my hair done and I'm extremely happy about it. It looks awesome and feels even better! Tammy did my hair and did an incredible job; I'm definitely going to go back to get my hair done with her!

The bathrooms temperature was never regulated never clean. The fridges smelt discussing, spa towels and cosmo towels got mixed up and dirty. The student services were never available absolutely the worst services and communication. The teaches would pick favorites and if you were not one of them you can't ask the instructor for help. I will never recommend this school

This school is top notch! Clean, neat and professional! Everyone I have met have been well trained. Joe & Fredrik are on point in all of their suggestions and directions! You cannot go wrong. I love this place. Fast and excellent service and the products offered are excellent! They turn out Professionals!

Been going to Ogle for a few years.the students always do a great job and really try their best! I regularly get a wash and blow dry and try to get a facial every 4-6.

Brought my daughter in for a balayage with a sample photo of desired outcome. Sadly after nearly 5hrs and loss of 12 inches of hair she looked like a scarecrow.full on yellow/orange hair.

Thankfully I spoke with Joe before leaving and he told us to return on Monday for a color correction. The result following corrective appt.amazing! Amber did an outstanding job, no more yellow.

Worst experience here ever. Went in yesterday with my Mother and daughter (4), for me and my mom to get haircuts. I was still deciding on if I was going to do my daughters there or not, depending on if the stylist knew how to work with curly hair or not. Well they call my mom back.then call me back (she sees I have my daughter beforehand) and seats me, while my daughter was going to sit in the chair next to me. Stylist comes back after 5 minutes and RUDELY informed me, “if you don’t got anyone to watch her I can’t cut your hair since she’s not a customer”. First off when referring to someone’s kids, there is away to go about it. Second, if there was an issue, they should have figured that out before calling me back there. Three, my kid was just chillin watching her iPad. Like either the girl was too lazy to cut hair or something but we all walked out and after spending good money over there in the past couple years and referring friends to go there. I will never go back in. So heads up if you have a kid, and just want a quick trim, don’t go here.

I would love to thank Justice Monique, for her amazing skills and famous Facials. She gave my friend and her husband and my husband great facials and great customer service. You will be one successful Lovely Esthetician! May god bless you with many opportunities!

Just got a facial done by Nina and I loved it! Highly recommend coming in and getting pampered.

I was so nervous to get my first facial, however Nina changed that very quickly! She talked me through every step of the facial and informed me with great details on what great things it will do for my skin. She was very sweet and trustworthy. Her performance left my skin feeling very smooth and it also looked so healthy! My friend and I enjoyed the service so much and we can’t wait to go back. If you ever are looking for a facial. Love the Ogle School. Especially Isabel A. She does an amazing job and the prices are so affordable. If you have a chance come by and get your hair cut, colored, or highlighted by any of these ladies! They just have a great staff all around!

I went on Saturday and had Dana do my highlights she did a really good job on them for my first time going to her and i know her from high school so it was nice to see her again. I love my hair so much now. The school was really good.

This is the worst school ever i didnt appreciate how staff treated me their as i was waiting to talk to the supervisor. Another time a teacher kept pushing me to get a different facial and more expensive facial as i only wanted the simple facail do to me having to be somewhere. Very dissapointed in this school i recommend Paul Mitchell or another great salon!

Stephanie has work wonders on my face. I meet up weekly with Stephanie A.for my customized facial and I have regained my confidence. She is super detailed and caring! Her massages are also the absolute best!

Friendly desk receptionists, Brianna is a well trained advanced student that gave me a good hair cut, she had skilled supervisor with a pisitive teaching style, the price was a bargain. I made an appointment for a perm next month. And best of all the school is easily accessible to me.
