Ogle School of Hair, Skin & Nails - San Antonio

I booked an appointment with a particular stylist. When I arrived for my appointment, I was informed that the stylist had "just left for the day". I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment that I had scheduled with a specific stylist. I don't understand how a stylist can just leave when a client has an appointment with that stylist. Front desk was somewhat rude about it too, acting like it was my fault.

I came to get my eyebrows waxed by Nichelle and I absolutely love them! She was very professional and knew exactly what she was doing! The staff were very friendly and the warm atmosphere left me feeling really comfortable.

Ogle School Salon Discriminates against Single Parents!

Wow, I wait here 20 mins for a simple haircut only to be turned away bc I have a SLEEPING baby!
I understand if I had a child that was walking but my baby was asleep in her carseat/stroller covered up.
Do I want to reschedule. HELL NO!
As a single mother it's hard to keep up with your appearance and I finally have time to treat myself and I get TURNED AWAY!

I was very impressed with my service today. Nichelle did a GREAT job and she made me feel very special. She was very gentle and was very informative on other services that the school offers that I can pass on to my friends. The school is very professional. JOB WELL DONE NICHELLE.

I love it that I am always greeted with a smile and hello from the salon manager, Ms Betsy, the amazing instructors (love love love Ms Castro) and the students.
