Oldwest Cafe reviews
38Love love loved the food! Great selection. Awesome food. Very filling. Courteous staff. Definitely recommend!
Food was ok, as was service. However over $4 for a glass of Orange juice, and over $3 for a glass of milk, well. They are expensive compared to the quality of food and portions. We only tried Breakfast though. They were open by 0700 hours.
The food is good and the pancakes are ginormous. Our server was great! The place overall seems really loud so you kind of feel like you're yelling, which is a lot for me at breakfast. Coffee is also SUPER strong, if you like that kind of thing then you'll be happy. Overall, will definitely return for another lemon blueberry pancake.
Friday mid morning and it was busy. Short wait in the car and we got a text our table was ready. Ethan was a fantastic server, everything was cooked to perfection, the hashbrown casserole was delicious! Always impressed, thanks y'all!
This is one of the better breakfast places we have ever been. Kids loved the pancakes while the migas were a hit with us. Excellent service!
This is a go-to breakfast spot in the heart of DFW! They do breakfast right! Great service, comfortable and homey interior. Great ambiance. Can get busy on the weekends. Plenty of food!
Food was alright, coffee is strong. The decor inside is fun & western. Alot of options on the menu & kid friendly.
This place is awesomeness! The food is phenomenal and the servers are great especially Kennedy. The only bad thing is the long wait times
Loud chairs and atmosphere. But the crunchy French toast breakfast makes it worthwhile. Great food, large portions. Fun staff.
Very mediocre, absolutely nothing to shout about here.
Masks and social distancing was observed.
This place always hits the spot and the servers are all very friendly. Anna at the front has exceptional customer service and makes this place feel like home. Come get you some!
Super fun place to eat. I loved the funny plaques on the walls, the decorations and the western wear. The waitress was really friendly, attentive and informative. The food portions are so huge we had enough for lunch the following day! Even the kids meals are enough for 2. Everything tasted wonderful
We waited almost an hour to be seated just to be told there card system was down. Walked right out. That was a bit ridiculous to have people wait that long just to tell them sorry we cant accept that form of payment.
Great food and service but expect a wait.
The pancakes are the only thing that is meh because no matter they flavor they will taste like buttermilk.
The food is really good but the floors are so sticky that I'm planning to wash the soles of my shoes before walking anywhere else. Makes me wonder how clean the kitchen is.
Wonderful food and great service. Very popular but worth the wait. Only down side b very loud inside. They have a life sized statue of John Wayne on a horse! Great for "selfies" with the DUKE.
First time there and fell in love with decor, the wonderful & friendly staff and the FOOD WAS TO DIE FOR! Chicken dipped in buttermilk. So crispy and delicious. Will come back for sure coming into TX.
I absolutely love Oldwest Cafe. The Round Up and Gold Fields are my fav. It’s become a tried and true Sunday brunch place for my family and I. There is usually a wait but never longer than 30 mins. Can be a bit noisy due to the crowd but overall great food and service.
The food is absolutely phenomenal but be careful, the portions are massive. Also, the staff is always very friendly.
The best place in Bedford to come for breakfast. They have an extensive menu, if you can't find something you are interested in having for breakfast here, you just don't like breakfast. Everything I've had here had been delicious, but if you come during peak times you should expect a wait.
