Olshan Foundation Repair, Houston TX

We got a visit from Don E.about an estimate. He was on time and very helpful in explaining what we were to expect if we were to choose Olshan. He was very professional which will make our decision much easier. Did not feel pressured in any way. That was very appreciated.

We thought we had a foundation issue. Don Ethridge, the structural technician, came out, did an evaluation, and assured us that everything was fine. We had used Olshan's 30 years ago and had been very pleased with the service, so it was a no-brainer to call them again. Highly recommended.

Very professional. I was concerned about a crack in brick on my home. After inspecting the exterior and interior of house it was determined to be just normal settling of a house this age. All that was required was to have a brick mason fill in with mortar. The Olshan representative was very knowledgeable and communicated what type of issues would warrant calling in the future. I would definitely use Olshan in the future and refer them to others.

Took advantage of their free inspection of a new-found crack in our slab foundation. Very knowledgeable technician came on time and found no structural problem. I appreciate his honesty and further explanations and potential solutions to our backyard drainage issues. Highly recommend!

We noticed some cracks in our home and were concerned with foundation issues. <y husband contacted Olshan and they sent out Tracy Drain to inspect our home. She was very friendly and engaging, plus our dogs took a liking to her right away! She did a complete walk around the house, evaluated all the rooms in our home, and gave us a very thorough assessment. She answered all our questions and left us feeling confident about our decision to have Olshan inspect our home.

She was great; All I can say is.sometimes the sign of a truly great professional is when at no cost to them, they tell you everything is actually fine.
