Olshan Foundation Repair, Houston TX

I am pleased with all aspects of service I received from Olshan. Communication with office staff is pleasent, home consultation rep is knowledgeable, and the crew who performed the work (and clean-up) are detail orientated. If need be I will hire again.

I had Don Ethridge with Olshan come out today to perform a foundation inspection before putting my house on the market. Don was friendly and helpful, giving me various tips around the house. After he completed the inspection, he gave me the good news that the issues I was seeing were not related to a foundation problem.

Don Ethridge showed up on time at my house for starters. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, & polite. He brought us up to speed on what was going on with our foundation, just wanted to give him a big thanks. It’s people like Don that make companies successful and give the company (olshan) who they are representing a good name.

Collin Crouch assessed my foundation today. Collin is extremely friendly, very knowledgeable, super helpful and so honest! I already referred my sister to Olshan. I feel relieved that we do not need foundation repair at this point and I thank Collin for all the information he gave me!

Tracy Drain came out and inspected my house for foundation issues. She was quick and thorough, and very very honest. I was already trying to figure out how to pay for it, but she examined all my rooms, measured the elevations in all my rooms and determined that it was only normal shifting. She didn't try to sell me anything, but was totally honest about it only being normal shift. I was absolutely astonished at her honesty.
