25The service was fine for my food but when you walked in there was a bad odor and smell like dirty dish towels I pointed out to one of the hostesses at it smells real bad in here and she said maybe is the washcloth or something but it smells like dirty dish rags and I went through the back by the bar to get my food to go it was very unpleasant with that smell
This isn't the best On The Border in the metroplex. That title will probably always be held by the Mesquite location. But, today, sitting at the bar, we were properly taken care of. Food was prepared special for my dietary needs. Friendly staff. Beautiful!
The grilled enchiladas are great. The mango margarita was delicious. Service was pleasant. My only complaint was they burnt my husband's fajitas and still brought them out to him.
Thank you Tracy for providing me and my family an excellent time, with your GREAT service! Tracy was the best waitress I have ever came across, she was fast and had a TERRIFIC personality! If i could give her more stars i would! Every restaurant should have a Tracy working for them!
Should be called On the Border of Closing. Terrible service and inattentive staff. The server didn't write down our order, and it showed. 3 of 4 orders had to go back for correction. Simple thing like no beans with on or with my entree. We waited over 10 minutes for a refill of iced teas. It was not busy. We asked for a booth, they seated us at a table. They need to purge this staff and get people who are motivated to work. I bet they get bad tips and wonder why.
