Marcos Sierra represented On-Time Experts efforts to make it right for this customer. His honesty and knowledge convinced me to stick with On-Time after previous HVAC technician did not properly install a drain kit resulting in damage to my ceiling on 2nd floor. Marcos fixed drain kit installation and then reported issue to On-Time management.

Now On-Time is working with me to repair damage to ceiling.

Really had a difficult situation with my water heaters. Not put in properly to begin with. Adam worked on the problem all day until he resolved it. Really appreciate his knowledge and caring about correcting it. Will ask for Adam every time. Thanks.

On Time Experts were out at my house today to get my air conditioning back up and running. Barry was my service provider and he was outstanding, he immediately found the source of the problem and made a few recommendations to me. I explained some of the complicated history of my a/c unit to Barry and he really listened, at the end of the visit he explained what he was able to do for me and it was more than fair. Jeff Martinez did a great job. He was very up front and told me what was going on with the ac units and always asked for what we wanted to do. On time experts were very professional on the phone setting up the appointment and gave plenty of advance notice before coming
