We've had OneSource for more than two years and it's been great. We've only had a handful of service interruptions, and they were resolved quickly. Their phone support has always been easy to reach and responsive. And the one time we've needed someone to come out to the house, they were there within a few hours.

22 years of business is unbelievable.

Unbelievable because of the countless complaints spanning years of terrible service at every tier that has been submitted not only to BBB but COUNTLESS complaints from residents that are forced to use them as an ISP. In the day and age of working or learning remotely the internet has become a necessity and if you go to the reviews for Watervue Apartments in Keller for instance you will find that the NUMBER 1 complaint from the tenants that live there is the internet or lack thereof courtesy of OneSource (One choice).

What's even more unbelievable is OneSource seems to have more of a "Customer Service" presence on BBB then they do at their own office. I especially enjoy reading the apparent go to tactics of throwing the customer under the bus by citing "payment history" as the issue after an unsatisfied customer files a complaint.

As it turns out OneSource, folks would be a little more inclined to pay their bill if they were getting HALF the internet service potential that you put in to collecting payment from them.

OneSource has poor ratings no matter where you choose to check their reviews. Hopefully management where I live delivers on their promise to replace them in the near future. Good riddance.

Horrible customer service. Lady who answered the phone was rude. Guess I was doing her a favor by asking on how to be a customer. No thank you.

OneSource Communications recently installed and offers up to 1gig in the shale creek Rhome area for $99, they also offer lower speeds at lower prices. As I sometimes have conference calls and work from home, along with some gaming. We decided to pay for the 1gig fiber. So far it has been really good. I bought a rather high end router that was around 300 dollars so it can handle 1g. However, we are consistently getting around 750mps up and down which is still okay. The connection is solid it has a few hick ups every now and then. But I will say not nearly as bad as CenturyLink.

Some of OneSource opportunities in my opinion would be customer service. The ladies on the phone could show more passion. Also during the weekend the service was disconnected and they have a option to call as the office is closed but the phone just kept ringing. After leaving a voicemail they still didn’t return my call.

Overall I am giving them 5 stars because the connection rarely disconnects and to be honest I like small companies that take risk. This area would not normally have fiber already and now it does because they did something that the big internet companies wouldn’t. I highly recommend getting the fiber, it will blow anything out here out of it socks.

If I was not forced to use their service at my apartment complex I would steer as far away from this company as possible.

I had several customer service issues that needed to be resolved and outside of a slim window they have to availability of hours to actually handle any issues outside of their "normal business hours. "

Billing is slow, not updated, and not intuitive to maintain. I have had many issues with billing and making payments online because their portal is plagued with delays and crashes as well as no confirmation system or email updates. I have made double payments, and no record given for the payments. Their statements online rarely match what they send you via email.
Resolving any of these issues would have been as simple as a phone call to customer service but they are not available to handle these situations when they actually happens.

The experience of actually getting in contact with their customer service is a challenge itself. The link on their webpage or either consistently broken, lead nowhere, or just non-existent with no way of leaving a follow up method to stay in contact.

I would not recommend and if you can get a different provider I highly recommend you do so.

Awful company. Claimed they sent a bill but it never arrived but they charging 70 dollars for reconnecting the internet.

Was a good ISP for several years, but now I can't go 1 hour without losing service all together. I will be switching to another provider, as this has persisted for a month now. I pay premium prices and expect equivalent service

One source is worthless. Every night our internet stops working around 9pm. We have never received what we pay for.it’s been almost 2 years. The tech support is in GA and can not look up to see why internet is down. After troubleshooting.nothing can be found. They will not send anyone out until the next day, by then it is fine. Please consider finding another company. When we signed on this was the only company in our area. We will be changing providers in November when contract is up.

They shut down an entire area to work on something and will not give an estimated time that service will be back up they'll leave our internet down for a week then ask us to pay for something they aren't even giving us.this company is trash

Have been using one source for as long as we have been in business, never had problems and we have always had excellent customer service! Keep up the good work guys!

The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced.if I could give zero stars I would.the apartments I live in are under contract with this company otherwise I would absolutely dump them.everyone I speak with on the phone seems to enjoy making everyone else’s life miserable.on top of that the internet is garbage.stay away!

This company is practically robbing their customers. You get barely a fraction of what you pay for service wise. God forbid you have to call customer service, because they are the WORST people to deal with. When you pay for something, you should get what you pay for, not some scam for money. Give us the internet we pay for.

I have seen my fair share of bad internet providers.but this one really does take the cake. Better kiss gaming goodbye, I got disconnected 5 times within 30mins.

Whole bunch of hd channels is not working. Was watching Wimbledon and the signal just went down. I called and asked and the simply say that they are aware of the problem and do not have an ETA when it will be fixed. I am paying premium dollars for a subprime service.

Very over priced for what is offered. It is a small company as well, so infrastructure upgrades are slow and way behind. During peak times I never get anywhere near the bandwidth I'm paying for.

I dread calling this place because the staff is always rude and on the defensive. The employees here seem unhappy and displeased with the job that they have. However, when I called 1 source today to discuss an internet issue I was completed taken. Connie was the rep I spoke with and she was very courteous and professional. FYI, if you ever have to call them in the future be sure to speak with this woman because she is humane. Thank you CONNIE!

Can’t even watch Netflix most of the time.it.is.so.slow. Do yourself a favor and just avoid this company completely, or pay way too much and rack up the fees.

If I could give this so-called business a zero, I would! Constant trouble with internet, supposed to have ON-Demand but don't because it never works, they can't find the problem, they blame it on my apartment building (which they say the apartment is responsible far.really!), and was told I just had to live with it! If I had any other choice, I would be gone from this cable company in a heartbeat!
